Responsibilites:
Design and technical plan review of interior drawings
Coordinate with tenants and contractors
Provide store planning and design suggestions to the tenants, as needed
Visit and monitor site progress to ensure that completion schedules are met
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Interior Design or its equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in a shopping centre/commercial environment.
Required skill(s): Team player and possess good interpersonal skills.
Proficient in designing tools and software.
Able to handle multiple designs & fit-out activities simultaneously.
