TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Lucky draw contest ends on 29 January 2023, and the winner will be announced by 7 February 2023.
2. To qualify for the lucky draw entry, shoppers are required to participate in the Sunway Malls’ Chinese New Year Campaign Redemption. Each redemption is entitled to one (1) entry. ( for all Sunway Malls except eMall)
3. To qualify for the lucky draw entry, shoppers are required to spend a minimum of RM150 per receipt on Sunway eMall during the Chinese New Year Campaign, one receipt entitled to one (1) entry. ( Applicable for Sunway eMall only)
4. Winners will receive the Proton X70 at Malaysia's Proton Showroom only after the ceremony. The winner shall be responsible for any other fees and costs related to the car, i.e (vehicle registration fee, transportation costs, insurance costs, etc).
5. Depending on stock availability, the colour of the Proton X70 may differ from the image.
6. This contest is only limited to Malaysian citizens over the age of 18 who possess a valid driving license. The employees and their immediate family members of Sunway IFM Sdn. Bhd. and Proton Malaysia, and its appointed advertising and public relations consultants, and tenants are strictly prohibited from entering this contest.
7. All participants consent to Sunway Malls and Proton Malaysia collecting, recording, holding, storing, using, and disclosing their personal information for purposes related to or required for participation in the activity and contest.
8. Sunway Malls reserves the right to modify any of these Terms and Conditions, including terminating or suspending this competition and extending its duration. These modifications will be announced on Sunway Mall's website or Facebook page.
9. Sunway Malls’ decisions on all contest-related matters are final and binding on all contestants. Whenever issues arise that are not covered by these Terms and Conditions, Sunway Malls will make the final determination.
10. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries following the campaign's conclusion and will be contacted via email or any other means deemed appropriate by Sunway Malls. The decision of the draw is final, and no appeals will be accepted.
11. If Sunway Malls is unable to contact the winner after 3 attempts within 2 days, Sunway Malls reserves the right to cancel the winner's entry. The non-contactable winner shall have no recourse against Sunway Malls regarding the cancellation and forfeiture.
12. Prior to prize collection, the winner must present their identification card for verification and registration purposes.
13. If the winner fails to appear at the designated time for prize collection, he or she forfeits all claims and rights to the prize, which shall then be used at the sole discretion of the management.
14. The registration process must be completed within thirty (30) days upon announcement of the winner.
15. The prize is not transferable, resalable, or redeemable for cash.
16. Sunway Malls reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of winners for advertising and publicity purposes, or for any other purpose deemed appropriate by the management, without prior notice, unless prohibited by law.
17. If for any reason, any aspect of this Contest is not capable of running as planned, including (but not limited to) by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control oh Sunway Malls or Proton Malaysia, which corrupts and affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest, Sunway Malls or Proton Malaysia reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this contest, or invalidate any affected Participants.
18. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, modification or suspension by Sunway Malls or Proton Malaysia of this Contest shall not entitle the Participants to any claim or compensation against Sunway Malls or Proton Malaysia, its agent and employees for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred by the Participants as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, modification or suspension thereof.
19. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the Organiser’s decision by entering this competition.
20. The protection of personal data is an important concern to Sunway and personal data collected will be treated in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice of the company at https://www.sunwaymalls.com/privacy-notice/
21. Participants are deemed to have read the Personal Data Protection Notice (“Notice”) (as posted on https://www.sunwaymalls.com/privacy-notice/ and agreed to the processing of their personal information in accordance with the Notice.
