- Redemption item is limited to one (1) set per customer per day.
- Redemption item is on first come first serve basis, while stocks last.
- Complimentary parking is valid on the day of entry, for maximum 1-day parking only.
- Shoppers are required to exchange their parking entry ticket to redeem the complimentary parking ticket.
- Valid for regular carpark tickets only, not applicable for Touch ‘n Go, Sunway Pals Card, season pass, jockey, valet parking, motorcycle and Preferred Parking zone.
- Redemption items are strictly non-resalable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
- Valid only for original receipts from purchases made in Sunway Pyramid on the same date, excluding receipts from AEON, Parkson, bill payment of any kind, reload/top up, transaction from banks, money changers, purchases of gift card(s) or any form of cash/shopping voucher.
- Shoppers are encouraged to download the “Sunway Pyramid Mobile App” and register as a member prior to taking part in the redemption activity as to speed up the redemption process at the redemption counter.
- Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification & validation purpose during redemption.
- The Management reserves the right to demand for proof of purchase for verification purposes.
- Tenants are strictly not allowed to redeem.
- Shoppers who participated in the redemption will automatically be in the running to join the “March On with Sunway Malls Contest”.
