How to redeem? Here are a few simple steps to do so:
- Simply scan the QR code in front of the Kolam located at the Water Feature, Ground Floor.
- Watch the AR animation pop up around the Kolam.
- Take a screenshot of the QR code at the end of the animation.
- Flash the QR code to the Concierge Counter, Ground Floor and redeem your Mystery Gift*
Redemption Terms & Conditions
- Redemption is only valid for shoppers who completed the Augmented Reality (AR) Experience.
- Redeemable at Ground Floor Main Concierge daily from 10am to 10pm only.
- Limited to ONE (1) redemption per shopper throughout campaign period.
- Redemption items are available on a first come first serve basis, while stocks last.
- Redemption items are strictly non-resalable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
- Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification & validation purposes during redemption.
- The Management reserves the right to demand proof of AR completion for verification purposes.
