Disney's The Little Mermaid

Terms & Conditions:

1. This contest is open to all Malaysians and permanent residents of Malaysia aged 18 & above, except the employees and their immediate family members of Sunway IFM Sdn. Bhd., The Walt Disney Company (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, Pathway Events & Design and its appointed advertising and public relations consultants, and tenants.​
2. This contest will run from 18 May - 5 June 2023.​
3. Limited to ONE (1) entry per participant for the entire campaign duration. ​
4. Participants will be judged based on overall entry creativity and uniqueness. The decision made will be final, and no correspondence thereon will be entertained. ​
5. Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to disqualify and reject any entry that contains any form of discrimination (racial, religious or political motives) and/or which is sex related.​
6. Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with other prizes of similar value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are non-transferable, non-resalable and non-exchangeable for cash.​
7. The winner will be notified via email and/or social media on the prize collection details. The prize shall be collected personally by the winners at the risk and cost of the respective winners.​
8. In the event the winner fails to collect his/her prize within the notified period, he/she waives all claims and rights to the prize, which the prize shall then be used according to the absolute discretion of the management.​
9. Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to end the photo contest period earlier or extend it at its own discretion.​
10. Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of winners for advertising and publicity purposes or any other use as the management deems fit and without prior notice, unless prohibited by law.​
11. By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and the decisions of the management.​

3. Participants are required to be a registered member of the Sunway Pyramid Mobile App to participate in this contest.
4. Each participant is allowed to submit only ONE (1) entry for the entire campaign duration.
5. Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, illegible and/or repeated entries.
6. Winners will be selected based on the first 80 entries with the correct answers.
7. Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with other prizes of similar value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are non-transferable, non-resalable and non-exchangeable for cash.
8. All winners will be notified via email and will receive an e-voucher on the Sunway Pyramid Mobile App to be presented at the Rewards Counter @ LG2 Blue Concourse, Sunway Pyramid from 26 May - 5 June 2023 (10am-10pm) to collect the prize. The prize shall be collected personally by the winners at the risk and cost of the respective winners.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Interested participants are required to book their slots via the Sunway Pyramid Mobile App prior to the event. 
2. Workshop slots are limited to first-come-first-serve basis. 
3. For kids' participation, one (1) adult or guardian may enter the workshop to supervise.
4. All participants must confirm their participation at the event venue 15 minutes before the event starts. Late arrivals and no-shows will result in forfeiture and the slot will be opened to the public. 
5. Food and beverages are not allowed within the activity/event area. 
6. The mall is not liable for any damages, injuries or losses that accompany or result from your participation in activities at the activity/event area. 
7. By participating in Disney's The Little Mermaid Underwater Experiential Event, Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to publish or display any photographs and/or videos which you/your children may be a part of for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes.
8. By taking part in this activity, you are agreeable to the stated terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Participants are required to download the Sunway Pyramid Mobile App, register as a member and scan the QR code after completing each activity.
2. Participants are required to participate in a minimum of 2 (TWO) activity stations to be entitled to redeem a reward from the Rewards Counter.
3. Reward gifts are limited in quantity and subject to first-come-first-serve and while stocks last basis.
4. Each participant is only allowed to redeem ONE (1) reward gift throughout the entire campaign.
5. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children.
6. Food & beverages and sharp objects are not allowed within the activity area.
7. The mall will not be liable for any damages, injuries or losses that accompany or result from your use of games and activities at the concourse area.
8. By participating in Disney's The Little Mermaid Underwater Experiential Event, Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to publish or display any photographs and/or videos which you/your children may be a part of for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes.
9. By taking part in this activity, you are agreeable to the stated terms and conditions."
