- Redemption is limited to one (1) time per customer per day.
- Redemption item is on first come first serve basis, while stocks last.
- Redemption item is allocated randomly based on availability.
- Redemption items are strictly non-resalable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
- Shoppers are required to download the “Sunway Pyramid App” and register as a member prior to taking part in the redemption activity in order to receive the redemption items.
- Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification & validation purpose during redemption.

AR Journey Participation & Reward
- Participants of this activity will be entitled to receive a reward upon completion of all FIVE (5) AR Journey activity stations.
- Participants are entitled to only ONE (1) completion reward throughout the entire campaign period.
- Participants are required to download the Sunway Pyramid Mobile App, in order to redeem the reward.
- The completion reward is redeemable at the Rewards Booth located at LG2 Blue Concourse.
- The reward is based on first-come-first-serve basis and Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to replace the reward with other items at any time, with or without prior announcement.
- By participating in this activity, Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to publish or display any photographs and/or videos which you may be a part of for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes.
- By taking part in this activity, you are agreeable to the stated terms and conditions.
AR Journey Lucky Draw
- This contest is open to all Malaysians and permanent residents of Malaysia aged 18 & above, except the employees and their immediate family members of Sunway IFM Sdn. Bhd., HSBC, its appointed advertising and public relations consultants, and tenants.
- An entry is deemed eligible by fulfilling the following requirements:
- Participant has completed all FIVE (5) AR Journey activity stations;
- Participant has downloaded the Sunway Pyramid Mobile App and is registered as a member;
- Participant has verified completion status at the Rewards Booth located at LG2 Blue Concourse.
- This contest will run from 19 November – 26 December 2021.
- Tenants are strictly not allowed to participate in this contest.
- Participants are entitled to only ONE (1) lucky draw entry throughout the entire campaign period.
- By participating in this activity and contest, all participants consent to giving Sunway Pyramid the right to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Contest.
- Sunway Pyramid may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this contest and extending the contest period. Any such changes will be announced on Sunway Pyramid’s official website or Facebook page.
- The winners will be selected randomly from among all the eligible entries after the end of the campaign, and will be contacted at any time deemed appropriate by the Sunway Pyramid, via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Sunway Pyramid. The draw decision is final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
- If Sunway Pyramid is unable to contact the winner after three (3) attempts within 7 days from the first attempt of contact, Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to cancel the winner entry, the non-contactable winner shall have no claim whatsoever against Sunway Pyramid on the cancellation and the forfeiture.
- Sunway Pyramid reserves the absolute right to substitute or replace the prize with other items of similar values at any time, if the stated prize is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, without any prior written notice.
- Sunway Pyramid’s decisions on any matter relating to this contest are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by Sunway Pyramid.
- The winner is required to produce their identification card for verification and registration purposes prior to collection of the prize.
- In the event the winner fails to show up during agreed time of prize collection, he/she waives all claims and rights to the prize, which the prize shall then be used according to the absolute discretion of the management.
- The prize is strictly non-transferable, non-resalable and/or non-exchangeable for cash.
- Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of winners for advertising and publicity purposes or any other use as the management deems fit and without prior notice, unless prohibited by law.

- By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and the decision of the Organiser.
CSR DONATION TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- By donating to this cause, all donors acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set by the management of Sunway Pyramid.
- All donations made are strictly non-refundable, transferable or exchangeable under any circumstances.
- All donors shall receive an official receipt upon each donation payment. Kindly reach out to Sunway Pyramid Marketing Department at 03-7494 3000 or email to spyrpr@sunway.com.my, if you fail to receive a receipt.
- All donations received will be donated at our discretion to selected beneficiaries by the management after the end of the campaign.
- In the event of any changes to the receiving parties, the information will be shared via social media and/or other communication channels.
- Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to alter/change or amend the terms and conditions of this campaign with or without prior notice.
- Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to publish or display photographs of donors participating in the activity for advertising and publicity purposes or any other use as the management deems fit and without prior notice, unless prohibited by law.
- If you do not wish to be featured in any editorial or advertising content in the future, kindly write an email to spyrpr@sunway.com.my. Your request will be processed within 30 days upon receipt of the request letter or email. With regards to any of your appearance(s) in our videos, the images will be removed only after the promotional campaign ends.
