• 1. When will the Raya decoration be open to public/the redemption start?
  The Ikatan Mesra Raya campaign will start from 16 Apr till 30 May 2021 at the LG2 Orange Concourse.
• 2. What will the redemption items be?
  RM10 F&B e-Cash Voucher, Garrett Popcorn Festive Pack, L’OCCITANE En Provence Petit Raya Set and LANEIGE Basic Water Bank Kit.
  *While stocks last.
• 3. How much do I have to spend to get the items?
  Spending in 2 receipts* with a minimum of: -
  RM250, to receive a RM10 F&B e-Cash Voucher;
  RM500, to receive a Garrett Popcorn Festive Set;
  RM750, to receive a L’OCCITANE En Provence Petit Raya Set (16 Apr – 6 May) OR LANEIGE Basic & Water Bank Kit (7 – 30 May).

• 4. Where can I redeem the redemption items?
  Customers may redeem it at Redemption Counter @ LG2 Orange Concourse. *Customers will receive an e-Voucher via the Sunway Pyramid Mobile App to utilize/collect gifts at the respective participating outlets.
• 5. How many times can I redeem per day?
  Customers can only redeem one (1) time per day per customer.
• 6. May I reserve the redemption items?
  No, as the items are collected at the tenant’s outlets will be via e-vouchers issued to the user’s Sunway Pyramid Mobile App at the redemption booth at LG2 Orange Concourse.
• 7. May I exchange the item for cash?
  No. Redemption items are strictly non-resalable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
• 8. May I change my redemption item if I received a damaged or missing item?
  This will be on a case to case basis. We will need to check with PIC of the event from our Marketing Team and come back to you.
• 9. I purchased items from AEON yesterday, can I make a redemption today?
  No. The redemption is valid only for original receipts from purchases made in Sunway Pyramid on the same date, excluding receipts from AEON, Parkson, bill payment of any kind, reload/top up, transaction from banks, money changers, purchases of gift card(s) or any form of cash/shopping voucher.
• 10. Do I need to download Sunway Pyramid Mobile App for redemption?
  Yes. Shoppers are required to download the “Sunway Pyramid App” and register as a member in order to receive/utilize the redemption items.
• 11. I am a tenant here in Sunway Pyramid. Can I take part in the redemption?
  No. Tenants are strictly not allowed to redeem.
• 12. I have lost my receipts for the item I purchased. May I redeem?
  No. The management requires a proof of purchase for verification purpose. Other forms of proof are subject to management’s approval based on case to case basis.

• Redeemable at Redemption Counter @ LG2 Orange Concourse.
• Redemption is limited to one (1) time per customer per day.
• Redemption item is on first come first serve basis, while stocks last.
• Redemption items are strictly non-resalable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
• Shoppers are required to download the “Sunway Pyramid App” and register as a member prior to taking part in the redemption activity in order to receive the redemption items.
• Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification & validation purpose during redemption.
• Images shown are for illustration purpose only. Actual product may vary from the images portrayed in any marketing collaterals displayed.
• The e-Vouchers are non-transferable, non-resalable and non-exchangeable for cash and/or any other products.

Terms & Conditions (Proton X70 Contest)

• This contest is open to all Malaysians and permanent residents of Malaysia aged 18 & above, except the employees and their immediate family members of Sunway IFM Sdn. Bhd. & Proton Malaysia, its subsidiary companies, appointed advertising and public relations consultants and tenants.
• This contest will run from 24 April 2021 – 30 May 2021.
• An entry form is deemed complete and eligible by fulfilling the following requirements: • Participant has downloaded the Sunway Pyramid Mobile App and is registered as a member; • Upload of receipt with a minimum spend of RM100 (excluding AEON, Parkson, bill payment of any kind, reload/top up, transaction from banks, money changers, purchases of gift card(s) or any form of cash/shopping voucher); • Filled in all personal particulars and spending details required in the entry form; • Answered all questions on the entry form.
• Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or/and illegible entries.
• Tenants are strictly not allowed to participate in this contest.
• Participants who submit multiple duplicated entries will be forfeited from the contest.
• By participating in this contest, all participants consent to giving Sunway Pyramid the right to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Contest.
• Sunway Pyramid may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this contest and extending the contest period. Any such changes will be announced on Sunway Pyramid’s official website or Facebook page.
• The winner will be selected randomly from among all the eligible entries received by 30 May 2021, and will be contacted at any time deemed appropriate by the Sunway Pyramid, via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Sunway Pyramid. The draw decision is final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
• If Sunway Pyramid is unable to contact the winner after three (3) attempts within 7 days from the first attempt of contact, Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to cancel the winner entry, the non-contactable winner shall have no claim whatsoever against Sunway Pyramid on the cancellation and the forfeiture.
• Sunway Pyramid reserves the absolute right to substitute or replace the prize with other items of similar values at any time, if the stated prize is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, without any prior written notice.
• Sunway Pyramid’s decisions on any matter relating to this contest are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by Sunway Pyramid.
• The winner is required to produce their identification card for verification and registration purposes prior to collection of prize.
• In the event the winner fails to show up during agreed time of prize collection, he/she waives all claims and rights to the prize, which the prize shall then be used according to the absolute discretion of the management.
• The prize is strictly non-transferable, non-resalable and/or non-exchangeable for cash.
• Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of winners for advertising and publicity purposes or any other use as the management deems fit and without prior notice, unless prohibited by law.
