The cashless and ticketless parking experience is part of Sunway’s digitisation journey to enable hassle-free experiences for its shoppers.

With Sunway Smart Parking, drivers do not need to retrieve and pay using a parking ticket when they enter and exit.

Simply pay your parking fees with any of the options below:

  2. Use Touch ‘N Go Card at the Exit
  3. Cash / Card Payment at LPR Auto Pay Stations (refer to the FAQ below for the list)

Payment

  • What are the parking rates?

    Sunway Pyramid parking rates are as follows:

    Weekday:
    - First 1 hour or part thereof: RM2
    - First 2 hours or part thereof: RM3
    - Subsequent hour or part thereof: RM1
    - Maximum per day: RM12

    Weekend, Public Holiday and Eve of Public Holiday:
    - First 2 hours or part thereof: RM3
    - Subsequent hour or part thereof: RM1
    - Maximum per day: RM15

    Valet Parking (Per Entry):
    - Monday to Thursday: RM20 per entry
    - Friday to Sunday & Public Holiday: RM25 per entry

  • How do i pay for my parking?

    Payment can be made as follows:

    1. Pay online via Sunway Super App > Quick Access > Smart Parking. Go to http://onelink.to/3d7qhs

    2. Check out https://sunwaypals.com.my/promotions/sunway-smart-parking-030921 for a step-by-step guide on how to pay online!

    3. Pay at the Auto Pay Stations in the integrated carpark via credit/debit card or e-wallets. The Auto Pay Stations are located at:
    a) Sunway Pyramid
    - CP3 Blue Zone - Lift Lobby
    - CP3 Orange Zone – Escalator Lobby
    - CP2 Orange Zone - Escalator Lobby
    - Ground Floor Red Zone - Escalator Lobby
    - B1 Blue Zone - Escalator Lobby
    - B1 Orange Zone – Escalator Lobby
    b) Sunway Pyramid Hotel Lift Lobby - Ground Floor

  • What if I don’t have a smartphone, e-wallet or internet access?

    You can make payment at the Auto Pay Stations (locations are listed above) or at the Carpark Help Desks located at:
    • Sunway Pyramid – CP3 & B1
    • Sunway Pyramid Hotel – B3
    • Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa – Carpark Level 11
    • Sunway Pinnacle – B1b

  • Which are the e-Wallets i can use to make payments

    a) Boost
    b) GrabPay
    c) TNG e-wallet

  • Do I need minimum credit on my e-wallet to enter?

    No, the system allows all vehicles to enter the carpark.
    Do remember to check that your e-wallet has sufficient balance before proceeding to make payment prior to your exit.

  • Is there a surcharge for Touch ‘n Go

    No

  • I don’t have the touch n go app, can i pay with Touch n Go card

    Yes, but only through the Touch ‘n Go reader at the exits with sufficient credit only.

  • Will receipts be generated if i want to make claims

    Yes, e-receipts will be available after each successful online payment (via the Sunway Super App or Auto Pay Stations)
    Otherwise, you may also head to the Carpark Help Desk for receipt assistance.

  • When do I make payment?

    Please pay online via Sunway Super App or via the Auto Pay Stations before you collect your car. Once payment is complete, you have a 20-minute grace period to exit the parking.

  • Is there a grace period?

    Upon entering the carpark, there is a standard 10 minutes grace period where you may exit without any charges incurred.

  • How long do i have to exit after i make payment

    After making payment, there is another 20 minutes’ grace period to exit. If the 20 minutes’ grace period is exceeded, additional hourly charges will apply.

  • What happens if I don’t exit within the grace period?

    The carpark boom gate will not open at the exits, and you will need to pay additional hourly charges until you leave. If this happens, you may contact our friendly carpark personnel for assistance using the boom gate intercom machine or by calling 03 -7494 3180 / 3185.

  • What is the maximum parking fee?

    Weekdays are RM12 daily and weekends are RM15 daily.

  • What are the charges for overnight parking?

    We do not allow overnight parking in the mall.

  • Is there a special rate for students or elderly?

    No, there are no special rates available at the moment

Preferred Parking

  • Do you have any exclusive or premium parking area?

    Yes, we do. To access the Preferred Parking zone, you may proceed to level CP2 Red Zone or B1 Red Zone.

  • What are the charges for Preferred Parking?

    All days (Weekdays, Weekends, and Public Holidays):
    - First 1 hour or part thereof: RM5
    - Subsequent hour or part thereof: RM2

  • What is the payment method for the Preferred Parking?

    Same as for normal parking users, pay before you collect your car. All payment methods will be the same for both normal and preferred parking users.

  • How do I enter Preferred Parking?

    Simply drive through the Preferred Parking entrance to gain access, the boom gate will automatically open up for you.

  • When do i pay for preferred parking

    Same as for normal parking users, pay before you collect your car. All payment methods will be the same for both normal and preferred parking users.

Prepaid Parking Package

  • What is prepaid parking package?

    Enjoy allocated entries at Sunway Pyramid Car Park throughout a validity of 1-year period by subscribing to a desired prepaid package in Sunway Super App.

  • Where can i subscribe to prepaid parking package?

    Subscribe desired prepaid parking package via Sunway Super App > Smart Parking > Prepaid

  • How does prepaid parking package work?

    After subscribing to the prepaid parking package, our Smart Parking System will automatically deduct 1 entry from your subscribed prepaid parking package balance upon exit.

Season Parking

  • How to apply for season parking?

    You may submit your season parking application via Sunway Super App > Smart Parking > Season. Alternatively, you may logon to https://seasonparking.sunwayparking.com/

  • When will my season parking application be approved?

    Your season parking application will be approved within three working days and you will be notified through registered email address.

  • How do i pay my season parking fee?

    Once your season parking application is approved, you may pay for season parking by logging to your account and performing the following steps:
    1. Select Pay Now
    2. Select desired payment period (1 month or 3 months)
    3. Select preferred payment options. We accept debit/credit card, e-wallets and Sunway Pals Point.
    4. Once successful payment, you will be able to enjoy your season parking facility

  • What will be my season parking privileges?

    We will email you on the season parking privileges detail, such as monthly season parking fee, valid entry lane, accessibility through the registered email address in the application.
