1. Redeemable at Main Concierge @ GF, Main Entrance.    
2. Redemption is limited to ONE (1) welcome kit per shopper every THREE (3) months.  
3. Welcome kits are on first come first serve and while stocks last basis. No disputes will be entertained if the items have been fully redeemed. 
4. Items in the welcome kit will be allocated randomly based on availability.  
5. Welcome kits are strictly non-resalable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.   
6. Shoppers must present their passport, hotel room key card and sign up on the website to receive the welcome kits.   
7. Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification & validation purposes during redemption.    
8. Shoppers with Malaysian passport are not eligible for the collection of welcome kits.
9. The images shown are for illustration purposes only. The actual product may vary from the images portrayed in the marketing collaterals displayed.   
10. Tenants are strictly not allowed to redeem.     
11. The Management reserves the right to replace the welcome kits with any other item with or without any prior notification.    
12. The Management reserves the right to demand additional proof of identity for verification purposes.      
13. The Management reserves the right to withhold/decline any suspicious redemption until verification is completed.

Participants are deemed to have read the Personal Data Protection Notice (“Notice”) (as posted on https://www.sunwaymalls.com/privacy-notice/ and agreed to the processing of their personal information in accordance with the Notice.

Terms & Conditions

1. Strictly for International tourist with valid passport only.
2. Redeemable at Concierge located at Ground Floor (GF)
3. Limited to one (1) redemption per customer per day, while stock last.
4. Redemption items are strictly non-resalable, no-transferable, and non-exchangeable to cash or other items.
5. Valid only for original receipts from purchases made in Sunway Pyramid on the same date, excluding bill payments of any kind.
6. Tenants' staff are strictly not allowed to redeem.
7. The Management reserves the right to demand for proof of purchase and or passport for verification.
8. Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to change, amend or cancel any part of the offer, terms & Conditions without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of Sunway Pyramid shall be final.
