COVID-19 Immunisation Programme
In support of the COVID-19 Immunisation Programme, the Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre has been made available rent-free as a vaccination centre for the Petaling District for the benefit of the community.
LOCATION
Where is the Venue?
Spanning 150,000 sq ft, the Convention Centre is easily accessible for all from the Sunway Pyramid’s carpark (Level CP3) or from the Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall.
How to get here:
- By car: Use Waze or Google Maps to ‘Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre’
- By e-hailing or drop-off: Drop-Off at Sunway Pyramid G Floor Main Entrance (Lion Head Entrance)
- By Public Transport: LRT & BRT: Take LRT Kelana Jaya Line to USJ 7 station and interchange with BRT to Sunway Lagoon station.
KTM & BRT: Take KTM Komuter Port Klang Line to Setia Jaya station and interchange with BRT to Sunway Lagoon station.

Where to park:
On NPE: Drive up the ramp to enter the carpark and park at Levels CP2 – CP7.
Free Shuttle Service by GoCar:
GoCar is offering FREE shuttle service for senior citizens and persons with disabilities to their vaccination appointments within the Petaling District, in collaboration with Kampung Tunku ADUN. VACCINE PHASES
Following the National Immunisation Plan as outlined by the Ministry of Health, the vaccination will be carried out in 3 phases as below:
PHASE 1
Frontline workers, comprising of public and private healthcare personnel, essential services, defence and security personnel.PHASE 2
Senior citizens (those aged 60 and over), high-risk group, with chronic diseases such as heart disease, obesity, diabetes and high blood pressure and people with disabilities (OKU). Remainder of healthcare workers, essential services and deference and security personnel.PHASE 3
Adult population aged 18 years and above (citizens & non-citizens). Priority will be given to those in red zones, followed by those in yellow zones and finally those in green zonesVACCINE GUIDE
What should I do?
If you or your loved one(s) falls within Phase 2 or Phase 3:
1. Register to be vaccinated via
- MySejahtera app

2. Wait for the vaccination appointment date and details via MySejahtera. Ensure that the MySejahtera app push notification is activated for you to receive details on the appointment

What should I bring?
- Your Identification Card
- 2 copies of the vaccine consent form (can be downloaded on MySejahtera app)
- The phone with your MySejahtera App
- If you have any medical conditions, kindly bring along your relevant medical letter or medical report from your doctor, as well as a list of your current medication(s).
What should I wear?
- You may opt for a t-shirt with a sleeve that can be easily folded up for the vaccination and a comfortable pair of pants.
- We will advise to bring along a jacket as it might get cold while waiting in the hall.
What should I do if I experience a reaction after receiving the vaccination?
Should you face a reaction after the vaccination, please refer to the table below for immediate action as outlined by the Ministry of Health:

Which is the nearest carpark to the Vaccination Centre (Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre)?
The main entrance of Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre is located at CP3, thus the nearest carpark levels will be from CP2 to CP7.
If you or your loved one is wheelchair bound, you may drop off at the CP3 entrance and park at the wheelchair-friendly parking bays located at:
- Red Zone - GF
- Blue Zone - CP2, CP3, CP4
- Green Zone - CP2, CP3, CP4, LG2 (Upper)

Which phase is the Covid-19 Vaccination at SPCC currently in?
We are currently in Phase 2 which prioritize healthcare and essential services workers as well as senior citizens, those with chronic diseases and people with disabilities (OKU).

How do I get to the vaccination centre at SPCC?
Here are four ways to get there:
- From the Carpark: You may drive up the ramp from the NPE (from Kuala Lumpur direction) and park at the CP3 Blue Zone which is near to the Convention Centre entrance. After scanning to check-in via MySejahtera, walk straight down and turn right. Then take the escalator up to CP4 (for Phase 1 only). For Phase 2 & 3, it will be held in CP3.
- From Sunway Pyramid’s Main Entrance (Lion Head Entrance): Walk towards the Ice Rink and use one of the lifts/escalators located behind PUMA to go up level CP3 (Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre). Once you arrive at CP3, follow the signages to locate the escalator up to level CP4.

Can I walk-in to receive the vaccination?
No, the COVID-19 vaccination is by appointment only. To receive yours, you may register via the MySejahtera App and await further updates from the app.

Can I choose SPCC as my preferred Vaccination Centre?
Your vaccination centre will be designated by the Ministry of Health upon registration via MySejahtera.

What time does the vaccination start?
You may refer to your appointment time which will be notified via the MySejahtera App. You are advised to arrive at your designated Vaccination Centre at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment time.

How early do I have to reach before my appointment?
You are advised to arrive at your designated Vaccination Centre at least 30 minutes prior to your vaccination appointment time.

What will happen if I cannot make it on time for my appointment?
You are strongly advised to show up for your appointment. However, if you are unable to attend, you may launch the MySejahtera app, click on “Covid-19 Vaccination”, click on “Covid-19 Vaccine Information” and click on “Helpdesk” to get help. Or, you may also contact the registration hotline at 1800-888-828 for assistance.

How long is the vaccination process?
It may take up to 45 – 60 minutes per person as you will need to go through multiple checkpoints before and after vaccination.

Yes, we provide complimentary parking on the day you get vaccinated. Download Sunway Pals for Life App and obtain the free parking QR code inside the vaccination hall.

How fast do I have to exit the mall after the complimentary parking confirmation?
The complimentary parking is applicable for the whole day. You may shop and dine in the mall with ease before exiting.

Are there any restrooms or washrooms available in SPCC?
Yes, restrooms are available at the level CP3 exit, CP3 entrance and in CP4.

I would like to perform my prayers. Is there any surau nearby?
Yes, there are prayer rooms (surau) available in Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre. It is located in CP4.Please be reminded to bring your own Prayer Mat and Praying Attire.

Are there any amenities available for loan or rent?
There are wheelchairs available for loan inside Covid-19 Vaccination Centre. You may proceed to our Concierge Counters on Ground Floor, Lower Ground 2 or Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre (SPCC) to loan any amenities you need. We have Baby Strollers, Wheelchairs & Power Scooters and many more amenities for loan.
The amenities can also be booked prior to your visit by downloading Sunway Pyramid Mobile App. *Only applicable for Baby Strollers & Wheelchairs, subject to availability.
