By participating in the Amber Workshop at Sunway Pyramid LG2 Blue Concourse, you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions as stated below:

1. The workshop is only open to Leo Cubs aged 3-12 years only.
2. The Organiser will be not held responsible for any mishap or injury that may happen during the workshop.
3. By participating in this event, you have given your consent to the use of your / your child / children’s information or photos for appropriate editorial or advertising content directly or indirectly related to Sunway Pyramid Malls and its partners’ and other business units of Sunway Group.
4. Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs for advertising and publicity purposes or any other use for advertising and marketing purposes as the management deems fit and without prior notice or consent required from you and without further compensation and notice, unless prohibited by law.
5. In the event you do not wish to be featured in any editorial or advertising contents in the future, kindly write a letter to Centre Management Office, Level CP6, Blue Atrium, No, 3 Jalan PJS 11/15, Bandar Sunway, 47500 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan or email us at spyrpr@sunway.com.my. We will process your request within 30 days of our receipt of your written request. With regards to your / your child / children’s appearances in any of our videos, if any, the images will only be removed after the promotional campaign ends.
6. By participating in this, participants are agreed to be bound by these rules and regulations, and decision of the Organiser.
7. By participating in this, your information will be used to keep you informed on Sunway Malls and its partners’ news, exclusive promotions and so forth.

Redemption Terms & Conditions:

1. By participating in redemption, each participant agrees to follow these Official Rules and to be bound by any decisions made by Sunway Pyramid (the "Organiser ") including any interpretations of these Official Rules.
2. The organiser reserves the right to remove, take down and/or disqualify any entry without prior notice for any reason including, but not limited to, if the organiser is notified or made aware that such entry violates the rights of any person whomsoever or is not in compliance with these Official Rules or any government regulations.
3. This redemption is open to all Malaysians and permanent residents of Malaysia aged 18 & above, except the employees and their immediate family members of Sunway IFM Sdn. Bhd., United International Pictures, Pacific Licensing, Ideoimage Sdn Bhd, it's subsidiary companies, appointed advertising and public relations consultants and tenants.
4. Participants are only eligible to redeem the prize maximum once (1) throughout the whole campaign period.
5. This campaign will run from 25 May – 12 June 2022.
6. An entry is deemed complete and eligible by fulfilling the following requirements:
   • Participant is one of the first 20 customers who buy a Philips brand TV at Aeon Sunway Pyramid and verify the receipt with the staff at the redemption counter at Sunway Pyramid LG2 Blue Concourse.
7. The Sunway Lagoon Tickets are limited based on the redemption quantity and will be on a first come first serve basis.
8. Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or/and illegible entries.
9. Tenants are strictly not allowed to participate in this redemption.
10. Participants who submit multiple duplicated entries will be forfeited from the redemption.

Contest Terms & Conditions:

1. This contest is open to all Malaysians and permanent residents of Malaysia aged 18 & above, except the employees and their immediate family members of Sunway IFM Sdn. Bhd., United International Pictures, Pacific Licensing, Ideoimage Sdn Bhd, it's subsidiary companies, appointed advertising and public relations consultants and tenants.
2. This contest will run from 25 May – 12 June 2022.
3. An entry form is deemed complete and eligible by fulfilling the following requirements:
• Participant has downloaded the Sunway Pyramid Mobile App and is registered as a member;
• Uploaded the receipt with a minimum spend of RM150 in 1 (one) receipt* (Minimum spend of RM 100 for Sunway Pals) (excluding AEON, Parkson, bill payment of any kind, reload/top-up, transaction from banks, money changers, purchases of gift card(s) or any form of cash/shopping voucher);
• Filled in all personal particulars and spending details required in the entry form;
4. Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or/and illegible entries.
5. Tenants are strictly not allowed to participate in this contest.
6. Participants who submit multiple duplicated entries will be forfeited from the contest.
