1. Redeemable at Redemption Booth @ LG2 Orange Concourse.
2. Redemption is limited to ONE (1) item per customer per day.
3. Redemption items are on first come first serve and while stocks last basis.
4. Redemption items are strictly non-resalable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
5. Shoppers are required to download the “Sunway Pyramid Mobile App” and register as a member prior to taking part in the redemption activity to receive the redemption items.
6. Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification & validation purposes during redemption.
7. Images shown are for illustration purposes only. The actual product may vary from the images portrayed in the marketing collaterals displayed.
8. Valid only for original receipts from purchases made in Sunway Pyramid on the same date, including the purchases with receipts from the Mid-Autumn vendors in Orange Concourse, excluding receipts from Parkson, Jaya Grocer, bill payment of any kind, reload/top up, transaction from banks, money changers, purchases of gift card(s) or any form of cash/shopping voucher.
9. Tenants are strictly not allowed to redeem.
10. The Management reserves the right to replace the redemption gift with any other item with or without any prior notification.
11. The Management reserves the right to demand additional proof of purchase for verification purposes.
12. The Management reserves the right to withhold/decline any suspicious redemption until verification is completed.

By participating in the concourse activities, the mall reserves the right to publish or display the photographs and/or videos which you may be part of for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes.
