1. This contest is open to all Malaysians and permanent residents of Malaysia of aged 18 & above, except the employees and their immediate family members of Sunway IFM Sdn. Bhd., Samsung and its appointed advertising and public relations consultants, and tenants.
2. The submission period is from 8 April to 8 May 2022.
3. An entry is deemed eligible by fulfilling the following requirements:
   1. Image posted on social media is taken at Sunway Pyramid LG2 Orange Concourse at the Samsung Single Take activity corner;
   2. Image is posted via Facebook or Instagram on a public profile with hashtags: #RiuhKatPyramid #RiuhRiaRaya #GalaxyS22;
   3. Image is posted within campaign period from 8 April to 8 May 2022.
4. Participants are limited to just ONE (1) entry only.
5. The winners will be selected based on creativity among all the eligible entries after the campaign ends, and will be contacted at any time via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Sunway Pyramid. The draw decision is final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
6. Sunway Pyramid reserves the absolute right to substitute or replace the prize with other items of similar values at any time, if the stated prize is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, without any prior written notice.
7. Sunway Pyramid’s decisions on any matter relating to this lucky draw are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by Sunway Pyramid.
8. The prize is strictly non-transferable, non-resalable and/or non-exchangeable for cash.

SUNWAY PYRAMID 2022 REDEMPTION CAMPAIGN TERMS & CONDITIONS: -

1. Redeemable at Redemption Counter @ LG2 Orange Concourse.
2. Redemption is limited to one (1) item per customer per day.
3. Redemption items are on a first come first serve basis, while stocks last.
4. Redemption items are strictly non-resalable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
5. Shoppers are required to download the “Sunway Pyramid Mobile App” and register as a member prior to taking part in the redemption activity in order to receive the redemption items.
6. Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification & validation purposes during redemption.
7. Images shown are for illustration purposes only. Actual product may vary from the images portrayed in any marketing collateral displayed.
8. Valid only for original receipts from purchases made in Sunway Pyramid on the same date, excluding receipts from AEON, Parkson, bill payment of any kind, reload/top up, transaction from banks, money changers, purchases of gift card(s) or any form of cash/shopping voucher.
9. Tenants are strictly not allowed to redeem.
10. The Management reserves the right to replace the redemption gift with any other item with or without any prior notification.
11. The Management reserves the right to demand proof of purchase for verification purposes.
12. By participating in this redemption activity, shoppers are consenting and agreeing to disclose the process information to HSBC, for purposes as provided for in the Bank’s Notice to Customers relating to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (the “Notice”) and the Bank’s Universal Terms and Conditions available made on www.hsbc.com.my.

If Sunway Pyramid is unable to contact the winner after three (3) attempts within 7 days from the first attempt of contact, Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to cancel the winner entry, the non-contactable winner shall have no claim whatsoever against Sunway Pyramid on the cancellation and the forfeiture.
