• Redemption items are on first come first serve and while stocks last basis. No disputes will be entertained if the items have been fully redeemed.

• Shoppers must download the Sunway Malls App and register as a member before taking part in the redemption activity to receive the redemption items.

• The Management reserves the right to replace the redemption gift with any other item with or without any prior notification.
• The Management reserves the right to demand additional proof of purchase for verification purposes.

• Redemption is only valid on the same day of participation. Late or backdated claims will not be entertained.
• Screenshots, edited posts, or expired stories will not be accepted as proof.
• Redemption must be done in person by the shopper. Collection on behalf of another family member is not allowed.
• Redemption items are strictly non-transferable, non-resalable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
• Shoppers must be physically present at the Concierge Counter; reservations or phone bookings are not permitted.
• By participating, you grant permission for Sunway Pyramid to reuse and repost your content for promotional purposes with credit.
• The Management is not responsible for dissatisfaction with product flavour/design received.
• No exchange of flavours will be allowed once redemption is completed.
