Terms & Conditions

1. Redeemable at Redemption Counter at LG2 Blue Atrium.
2. Redemption items are on first come first serve and while stocks last basis. No disputes will be entertained if the items have been fully redeemed.
3. Redemption items are strictly non-resalable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
4. Shoppers are entitled to redeem only ONE (1) time per day, following the below tiers:
   • Spend RM600 & above (RM400 for UOB Credit Cardholders) in 2 receipts to redeem RM30 Sunway Points; OR
   • Spend RM1,200 & above (RM1,000 for UOB Credit Cardholders) in 2 receipts to redeem ONE (1) Diffuser Stone; OR
   • Spend RM6,000 & above (RM5,700 for UOB Credit Cardholders) in 3 receipts to redeem ONE (1) set of YSL Beauty Set.
5. Shoppers are required to download the Sunway Malls App and register as a member prior to taking part in the redemption activity to receive the redemption items.
6. Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification & validation purposes during redemption.
7. The images shown are for illustration purposes only. The actual product may vary from the images portrayed in the marketing collaterals displayed.
8. Valid only for original receipts from purchases made at Sunway Pyramid outlets on the same date.
9. Receipts from Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre, Sunway Lagoon, Jaya Grocer, Parkson, any type of bill payments, reloads or top-ups, as well as transactions from banks and money changers are NOT eligible for redemption. Payments made in cash/shopping vouchers or using gift cards are strictly NOT valid for redemption.
10. Receipts and orders from Grab, Shopee, Food Panda or any other third-party platforms are NOT eligible for redemption.
11. Tenants are strictly not allowed to redeem.
12. The Management reserves the right to replace the redemption gift with any other item with or without any prior notification.
13. The Management reserves the right to demand additional proof of purchase for verification purposes.
14. The Management reserves the right to withhold/decline any suspicious redemption until verification is completed.

Participants are deemed to have read the Personal Data Protection Notice (“Notice”) (as posted on https://www.sunwaymalls.com/privacy-notice/ and agreed to the processing of their personal information in accordance with the Notice.

By participating in this redemption activity, shoppers are consenting and agreeing to disclose the process information to United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd for purposes as provided for in the Bank’s Notice to Customers relating to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (the “Notice”) and the Bank’s Universal Terms and Conditions available made on www.uob.com.my.
