The redemption will run from 21 November 2025 – 4 January 2026.

Tier 1 and Tier 2 redemption can be made at Redemption Booth at LG2 Blue Concourse.

Redemption is limited to ONE (1) item per shopper per day.

Shoppers are entitled to redeem only ONE (1) item per day, as the redemption tiers are NOT stackable:

Tier 1 : Spend RM600 (RM500 for UOB Credit Cardmembers) in 2 same-day receipts to redeem ONE (1) Cozy Blind Box; OR

Tier 2 : Spend RM2,000 (RM1,900 for UOB Credit Cardmembers) in 4 same-day receipts to redeem ONE (1) Cozy Cabin Luggage, valid for purchases made at Fashion, Sports, Beauty (Beauty services not included), and F&B outlets in Sunway Pyramid

Top Spender Reward : Be among the Top 50 Spenders to enjoy ONE (1) year of Free Parking at Sunway Pyramid, inclusive of Preferred Parking access

An entry for Top Spender Reward is deemed eligible by fulfilling the following requirements:

• The top spender reward will be awarded to 50 participants only
• Accumulated receipt submissions are allowed throughout the entire campaign period via the Sunway Malls mobile app
• Each Top Spender entry must be supported by a minimum submission of Five (5) valid receipts from different outlets
• Only receipts from purchases made at Fashion, Sports, Beauty, and F&B outlets in Sunway Pyramid are accepted
• Tenants and their outlet staff are strictly not allowed to participate in the top spender reward
• Each receipt can only be submitted once. Multiple submissions of the same receipt will result in disqualification
• Redemption items are on first come first serve and while stocks last basis. No disputes will be entertained if the items have been fully redeemed.
• Redemption items will be allocated randomly based on availability.
• Redemption items and reward prize are strictly non-resalable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
• Shoppers must download the Sunway Malls Mobile App and register as a member before taking part in the redemption activity to receive the redemption items and top spender reward participation.
• Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification & validation purposes during the redemption and top spender reward participation.
• The images shown are for illustration purposes only. The actual product may vary from the images portrayed in the marketing collaterals displayed.
• Receipts from Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre, Sunway Lagoon, Jaya Grocer, Parkson, any type of bill payments, reloads or top-ups, as well as transactions from banks and money changers are NOT eligible for redemption. Payments made in cash/shopping vouchers or using gift cards are strictly NOT valid for redemption.
• Receipts and orders from Grab, Shopee, Food Panda or any other third-party platforms are NOT eligible for redemption.
• Tenants are strictly not allowed to redeem.
• The Management reserves the right to replace the redemption gift and reward prize with any other item with or without any prior notification.
• The Management reserves the right to demand additional proof of purchase for verification purposes.
• The Management reserves the right to withhold/decline any suspicious redemption until verification is completed.
• By participating in the redemption and top spender reward, all participants consent to giving Sunway Pyramid the right to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the activity.
• Sunway Pyramid may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this contest and extending the contest period. Any such changes will be announced on Sunway Pyramid’s official website or Facebook page.
• The top 50 spenders will be selected randomly from among all the eligible entries after the end of the campaign and will be contacted at any time deemed appropriate by the Sunway Pyramid, via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Sunway Pyramid. The drawing decision is final, and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
• If Sunway Pyramid is unable to contact the winner after two (2) attempts within 7 days from the first attempt of contact, Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to cancel the winner entry, the non-contactable winner shall have no claim whatsoever against Sunway Pyramid on the cancellation and the forfeiture.
• Sunway Pyramid’s decisions on any matter relating to this contest are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by Sunway Pyramid.
• The top 50 spenders’ winners must produce their identification card for verification and registration purposes before collecting the prize.
• In the event the winner fails to show up during the agreed time of prize collection, he/she waives all claims and rights to the prize, which the prize shall then be used according to the absolute discretion of the management.
• Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of winners for advertising and publicity purposes or any other use as the management deems fit and without prior notice, unless prohibited by law.

• Participants are deemed to have read the Personal Data Protection Notice (“Notice”) (as posted on https://www.sunwaymalls.com/privacy-notice/) and agreed to the processing of their personal information in accordance with the Notice.
• By taking part in the redemption and top spenders reward, participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
