Terms & Conditions (Redemption)

1. This campaign will run from 16 October – 15 November 2026.
2. Redeemable at GF Grand Foyer.
3. Redemption is limited to ONE (1) item per registered Sunway Super App account per day.
4. Spend RM350 in TWO (2) same-day receipts to redeem ONE (1) GODIVA Chocolate Gold Gift Box and ONE (1) Jasmine PusaCream Basmathi (Parboiled) 400g.
5. Redemption items are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. No disputes will be entertained if the items have been fully redeemed. Redemption items, designs, and variants will be allocated randomly based on availability. Selection of specific flavours is not permitted.
6. Redemption items are strictly non-resalable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
7. Sunway Points are awarded to participating Sunway Super App merchants only.
8. Redemption of items shall only be valid during Sunway Pyramid's official mall operating hours, and any redemption outside of such hours shall not be entertained.
9. Shoppers are required to download the "Sunway Super App" and register as a member prior to taking part in the redemption activity to receive the redemption item.
10. Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification & validation purposes during redemption.
11. Images shown are for illustration purposes only. The actual product may vary from the images portrayed in the marketing collaterals displayed.
12. Valid only for original receipts from purchases made at Sunway Pyramid outlets on the same date.
13. This campaign is designed for lifestyle retail purchases. Investment items including gold bars and bullion are NOT eligible for redemption and may be verified through supporting documents such as the Gold Certificate.
14. Receipts from Sunway Geo, Sunway Square Mall, Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre, Sunway Lagoon, Jaya Grocer, Parkson, POS Malaysia, any type of bill payments, reloads or top-ups, as well as transactions from banks and money changers are NOT eligible for redemption. Payments made in cash/shopping vouchers or using gift cards are strictly NOT valid for redemption.
15. Receipts and orders from Grab, Shopee, Food Panda or any other third-party platforms are NOT eligible for redemption.
16. Tenants are strictly not allowed to redeem.
17. The Management reserves the right to replace the redemption gift with any other item with or without any prior notification.
18. The Management reserves the right to demand additional proof of purchase for verification purposes.
19. The Management reserves the right to withhold/decline any suspicious redemption until verification is completed.

The mall is not liable for any damages, or injuries that accompany or result from your use of games and activities at the event area.

PDPA

By participating in the event activities, the mall reserves the right to publish or display the photographs and/or videos which you may be part of for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes.

1. The Indian festive wear experience activity will be available during the campaign period at GF Grand Foyer from 16 October to 15 November 2026.
2. The Indian Festive Wear Experience will be available during the mall's operating hours as determined by Sunway Pyramid Management.
3. Indian festive wear is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability. Selection of attire is based on the available sizes, designs, and quantities at the time of rental.
4. Participants are required to follow all instructions and directions provided by the on-ground event crew throughout their participation in the Indian Festive Wear Experience, including instructions relating to the proper use, handling and return of the rented attire.
5. Participants are responsible for the rented attire throughout the rental period and must ensure that it is returned in its original condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted.
6. Any attire that is lost, damaged, stained, torn or otherwise returned in an unacceptable condition may be subject to additional charges or other action as determined by the Sunway Pyramid Management.
7. Participants are responsible for ensuring that the rented attire is worn and handled appropriately throughout the rental period.
8. The mall shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or discomfort arising from or in connection with the use of the rented attire or participation in activities at the event area.
9. Sunway Pyramid Management reserves the right to refuse or terminate a rental where a participant fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions or where the attire is deemed unsuitable for rental.
10. Sunway Pyramid Management reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Indian festive wear experience, including its operating dates, hours, availability, designs and quantities, without prior notice where circumstances require.
11. By participating in the activity, participants acknowledge and agree that Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to photograph and/or record participants and to publish or display such photographs and/or videos for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes.
12. By participating in the Indian festive wear experience, participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
