Wheelchairs are available for rent at our concierges for your convenience.

Reservation is also available via phone call at 03-7494 3100 or 03-7494 3102 OR via online booking on our Sunway Pyramid Mobile App. The reservation will be hold within 20-30 minutes of the reservation.

• Weight of the patron using the wheelchair must be below 90kg.
• RM 50 refundable deposit will be collected.
• 4 hours of usage.
• Usage for mobility-impaired persons, elderly and pregnant lady.
• Use a lift to access different floors.
• Do not carry passengers.
• Lock the brakes before getting out or onto the wheelchair.
• Do not leave handbags/valuables unattended.
