• Shoppers are entitled to redeem only ONE (1) time per day, following the below tiers:

• Shoppers are required to download the Sunway Malls Mobile App and register as a member prior to taking part in the redemption activity to receive the redemption items.

• The top 15 spenders will be determined based on the total amount spent during the campaign period, with the below options:
  • Option 1: Redeem gifts during the EIDisi Manis Redemptions campaign;

• If Sunway Pyramid is unable to reach out to the top spender after TWO (2) attempts of phone calls or does not receive an email reply within 3 days after the email notice, Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to cancel the winner entry. The non-contactable winner shall have no claim whatsoever against Sunway Pyramid on the cancellation and the forfeiture.
• Winners must claim their prizes within 7 days of being notified. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

• Receipts and orders from Grab, Shopee, Food Panda or any other third-party platforms are NOT eligible for redemption.
• Tenants are strictly not allowed to redeem.
• Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of winners for advertising and publicity purposes or any other use as the management deems fit and without prior notice, unless prohibited by law.
• The Management reserves the right to replace the redemption gift with any other item with or without any prior notification.
• The Management reserves the right to demand additional proof of purchase for verification purposes.
• The Management reserves the right to withhold/decline any suspicious redemption until verification is completed.

• This Contest is open to all Malaysians and permanent residents of Malaysia aged 18 & above, except the employees and their immediate family members of Sunway IFM Sdn. Bhd., EON Berhad, its appointed advertising and public relations consultants, and tenants are strictly not allowed to participate in this Contest.
• An entry is deemed eligible by fulfilling the following requirements:
  • Spend at any Sunway Malls for EIDisi Manis from 28 February – 6 April 2025 (except Sunway Giza and Sunway Citrine)
  • Each redemption automatically earns an entry to one (1) lucky draw.
  • Lucky draw Contest ends on 6 April 2025, and the winners will be announced by 14 April 2025.
• By participating in this Contest, all participants consent to giving Sunway Malls and EON Berhad the right to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes necessary or related to the participation in the Contest as well as for marketing and promotional activities conducted by EON Berhad.
• EON Berhad reserves the right to select the color of the prizes where applicable. Visual(s) of the prizes used in any advertisement, promotional, publicity, and other materials relating to the Contest are for illustration purposes only and may not depict the actual color or specifications of the prizes and exclude any optional accessories. Prizes are given out on an “as is” basis.
• By participating in this Contest, the winners acknowledge and agree that Sunway Malls and EON Berhad exclude all warranty and/or liability in connection with the awarded prizes and/or the Contest. Winners shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, loss, damage, claim, or accident (including death) resulting from their participation in the Contest, redemption, and/or usage of the prizes.
• Sunway Malls may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Contest and extending the Contest period. Any such changes will be announced on Sunway Malls or individual mall’s official website or Facebook page.
• Three (3) winners will be selected randomly from among all the eligible entries after the end of the campaign and will be contacted via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by Sunway Malls. The drawing decision is final, and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
• If Sunway Malls is unable to contact the winners after three (3) attempts within 2 days from the first attempt of contact, Sunway Malls reserves the right to cancel the winners’ entry, the non-contactable winners shall have no claim whatsoever against Sunway Malls on the cancellation and the forfeiture.
• Sunway Malls reserves the absolute right to substitute or replace the prizes with other items of similar value at any time, if the stated prizes are not available due to unforeseen circumstances, without any prior written notice
