From This To That - Participating Outlets

REDEMPTION
-Redeemable at Redemption Booth @LG2 Ice Rink.
-Redemption is limited to ONE (1) item per shopper per day.
-Shoppers are entitled to redeem only ONE (1) set item per day:
-Spend RM300 Spend RM300 at any outlet to redeem an Upcycle Plastic Keychain - Phone Holder & Eco - Friendly Farm Starter in a maximum of 10 combined receipts at any outlet.
-Redemption items are on first come first serve and while stocks last basis. No disputes will be entertained if the items have been fully redeemed.
-Redemption items will be allocated randomly based on availability.
-Redemption items are strictly non-resalable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items. 
-Participants will be entitled to receive ONE (1) lucky draw entry upon redemption
-Shoppers must download the Sunway Malls App and register as a member before taking part in the redemption activity to receive the redemption items. 
-Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification & validation purposes during redemption.  
-The images shown are for illustration purposes only. The actual product may vary from the images portrayed in the marketing collaterals displayed. 
-Valid only for original receipts from purchases made at Sunway Pyramid outlets on the same date.
-Receipts from Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre, Sunway Lagoon and any type of bill payments, reloads or top-ups, as well as transactions from banks and money changers are NOT eligible for redemption. Payments made in cash/shopping vouchers or using gift cards are strictly NOT valid for redemption.
-Receipts and orders from Grab, Shopee, Food Panda or any other third-party platforms are NOT eligible for redemption.
-Tenants are strictly not allowed to redeem. 
-The Management reserves the right to replace the redemption gift with any other item with or without any prior notification.
-The Management reserves the right to demand additional proof of purchase for verification purposes.
-The Management reserves the right to withhold/decline any suspicious redemption until verification is completed.

LUCKY DRAW
-The contest duration is from 22 October – 9 November 2025.
-Lucky winners will be announced after the campaign ends.
-Any redemptions made at Redemption counter will be automatically qualified for the contest. Each redemption is entitled to one (1) entry.
-If Sunway Pyramid is unable to reach out to the lucky draw winner after TWO (2) attempts of phone calls or do not receive an email reply within 3 days after the email notice, Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to cancel the winner entry. The non-contactable winner shall have no claim whatsoever against Sunway Pyramid on the cancellation and the forfeiture.
-Winners must claim their prizes within 7 days of being notified. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

ACTIVITES & WORKSHOP
-Interested participants are required to book their slots via Sunway Malls Mobile App prior to the event.
-Workshop slots are limited to first-come-first-serve basis.
-For kids' participation, one (1) adult or guardian may enter the workshop to supervise.
-All participants must confirm their participation at the event venue 15 minutes before the event starts. Late arrivals and no-shows will result in forfeiture and the slot will be opened to the public.
-Food and beverages are not allowed within the activity/event area.
-The mall is not liable for any damages, injuries or losses that accompany or result from your participation in activities at the activity/event area.
-By participating in this activity, Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to publish or display any photographs and/or videos which you may be a part of for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes.
-By taking part in this activity, you are agreeable to the stated terms and conditions.
