Shop & Score Redemption Terms and Conditions
  • This campaign will run from 6 June -- 22 June 2025.
  • Redeemable at Redemption Booth @ First Floor Oasis -- In front of Brands For Less (BFL) store.
  • Shoppers who spend RM150 in ONE (1) receipt at any Fashion or Sports category store (as listed on Sunway Pyramid directory) in Sunway Pyramid are entitled to redeem a customizable pendant. Limited to five (5) customized items per shopper per day.
  • Redemption items are on first come first serve and while stocks last basis. No disputes will be entertained if the items have been fully redeemed.
  • Item and design will be allocated randomly based on availability.
  • Shoppers must download the Sunway Malls App and register as a member before taking part in the redemption activity to receive the redemption items.
  • Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification & validation purposes during redemption.
  • The images shown are for illustration purposes only. The actual product may vary from the images portrayed in the marketing collaterals displayed.
  • Valid only for original receipts from purchases made at Sunway Pyramid outlets on the same date.

  • Tenants are strictly not allowed to redeem.
  • The Management reserves the right to replace the redemption gift with any other item with or without any prior notification.
  • The Management reserves the right to demand additional proof of purchase for verification purposes.
  • The Management reserves the right to withhold/decline any suspicious redemption until verification is completed.
  • The mall is not liable for any damages, or injuries that accompany or result from your use of games and activities at the event area.

Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions
  • This contest is open to all Malaysians and permanent residents of Malaysia aged 18 & above, except the employees and their immediate family members of Sunway IFM Sdn. Bhd., its appointed advertising and public relations consultants, and tenants.
  • An entry is deemed eligible by fulfilling the following requirements:
    • Spend RM150 in ONE (1) receipt at any Fashion or Sports category store in Sunway Pyramid.
    • Submit the receipt for the Game & Glam campaign between 6 June 2025 to 22 June 2025 on Sunway Malls App.
  • Shoppers must download the Sunway Malls App and register as a member to be entitled for the lucky draw.
  • A total of five (5) lucky winners will each receive a set of free sports outfit makeovers. The outfit brand will be assigned by the mall management. Terms and conditions for the sports outfit makeover apply and may vary depending on the assigned brand.
  • The images shown are for illustration purposes only. The actual product may vary from the images portrayed in the marketing collaterals displayed.
  • Receipts and orders from Grab, Shopee, Food Panda or any other third-party platforms are NOT eligible for redemption.
  • Tenants are strictly not allowed to participate in this contest.
  • By participating in this activity and contest, all participants consent to giving Sunway Pyramid the right to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Contest.
  • Sunway Pyramid may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this contest and extending the contest period. Any such changes will be announced on Sunway Pyramid’s official website or Facebook page.
  • The winners will be selected randomly from among all the eligible entries after the end of the campaign and will be contacted at any time deemed appropriate by the Sunway Pyramid, via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Sunway Pyramid. The drawing decision is final, and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
  • If Sunway Pyramid is unable to contact the winner after three (3) attempts within 3 days from the first attempt of contact, Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to cancel the winner entry, the non-contactable winner shall have no claim whatsoever against Sunway Pyramid on the cancellation and the forfeiture.
  • Sunway Pyramid reserves the absolute right to substitute or replace the prize with other items of similar value at any time, if the stated prize is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, without any prior written notice.
  • Sunway Pyramid’s decisions on any matter relating to this contest are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by Sunway Pyramid.
  • The winner must produce their identification card for verification and registration purposes before collecting the prize.
  • In the event the winner fails to show up during the agreed date and time of prize collection, he/she waives all claims and rights to the prize, which the prize shall then be used according to the absolute discretion of the management.
  • The prize is strictly non-transferable, non-resalable and/or non-exchangeable for cash.
  • Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of winners for advertising and publicity purposes or any other use as the management deems fit and without prior notice, unless prohibited by law.

Badminton Smash Challenge - Game Rules
  • To join the game, participants must present and show proof of membership via our Sunway Malls mobile app. Only members with a valid and active account will be eligible to participate.
  • The game booths are open to all Sunway Malls mobile app members throughout the campaign period.
  • Each shopper is entitled to one (1) game play per day per activity.
  • Shoppers are entitled to collect four (4) stamps when completing all on-ground activity. A total of four (4) stamps must be collected to complete the stamp card.
  • Prizes are limited and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last and must be claimed on the same day of participation. No prize is guaranteed and strictly non-resalable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
  • All decisions made by the game crew or the Management are final. No correspondence will be entertained.

  1. Players have 3 attempts to land the ball in 3 target holes.
  2. The holes are numbered, and each player aims to land the ball in the designated target holes.
  3. Each game session is limited to a maximum of 1 minute.

  1. Each player uses the paddle to hit the pickleball into the cups.
  2. Each player is required to land a minimum of 3 balls into the cups at the designated place.
