Terms & Conditions

1. Redeemable at Redemption Booth at GF Water Feature.
2. Redemption is limited to ONE (1) item per customer per day.
3. Redemption items are on first come first serve and while stocks last basis. No disputes will be entertained if the items have been fully redeemed.
4. Redemption items will be allocated randomly based on availability.
5. Redemption items are strictly non resalable, non transferable, and non exchangeable for cash or other items.
6. Shoppers are required to download the “Sunway Malls Mobile App” and register as a member prior to taking part in the redemption activity to receive the redemption items.
7. Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification & validation purposes during redemption.
8. Images shown are for illustration purposes only. The actual product may vary from the images portrayed in the marketing collaterals displayed.
9. Valid only for original receipts from purchases made in Sunway Pyramid on the same date, excluding receipts from Jaya Grocer, Parkson , bill payment of any kind, reload/top up and transaction from banks, money changers, and any form of cash/shopping voucher and payment by using gift cards are strictly NOT eligible for redemption.
10. Receipts and orders from Grab, Shopee , Food Panda or any other third party platforms are NOT eligible for redemption.
11. Tenants are strictly not allowed to redeem.
12. The Management reserves the right to replace the redemption gift with any other item with or without any prior notification.
13. The Management reserves the right to demand additional proof of purchase for verification purposes.
14. The Management reserves the right to withhold/decline any suspicious redemption until verification is completed.
