WAU! Redemption — Terms & Conditions

• This campaign will run from 21 August to 20 September 2026.
• Redemption items can be redeemed at the First Floor, Sunway Lagoon Mart. Please present your receipt for verification at the First Floor, Orange Atrium Railing counter to receive your e-voucher before proceeding to Sunway Lagoon Mart.
• Redemption items are on first come first serve and while stocks last basis. No disputes will be entertained if the items have been fully redeemed.
• Redemption items are strictly non-resalable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
• Shoppers are entitled to redeem only ONE (1) time per day:
  • Spend RM350* & above (RM250 for UOB Cardmembers) in a maximum of two (2) same-day receipts to redeem ONE (1) Snack Time Set** from Sunway Lagoon Mart.

Each Snack Time Set consists of:

• 1 × 4-in-1 Sachet
• 1 × Flavoured Popcorn
• 1 × Flavoured Potato Crisp
• 1 × Flavoured Corn Stick
• 1 × (S) Non-woven Bag

*Limited quantity, while stock lasts.

**The Snack Time Set items are subject to availability at Sunway Lagoon Mart. Sunway Pyramid and Sunway Lagoon Mart reserve the right to substitute any item in the set with another item of equivalent or similar value without prior notice.

• Shoppers are required to download the Sunway Super App and register as a member prior to taking part in the redemption activity to receive the redemption item.
• Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification & validation purposes during redemption.
• The images shown are for illustration purposes only. The actual product may vary from the images portrayed in the marketing collaterals displayed.
• Valid only for original receipts from purchases made at Sunway Pyramid outlets on the same date.
• Receipts from Sunway Geo, Sunway Square Mall, Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre, Sunway Lagoon, Jaya Grocer, Parkson, any other Sunway properties or any type of bill payments, reloads or top-ups, as well as transactions from banks and money changers are NOT eligible for redemption. Payments made in cash/shopping vouchers or using gift cards are strictly NOT valid for redemption.
• Receipts and orders from Grab, Shopee, Food Panda or any other third-party platforms are NOT eligible for redemption.
• Tenants are strictly not allowed to redeem.
• The Management reserves the right to replace the redemption gift with any other item with or without any prior notification.
• The Management reserves the right to demand additional proof of purchase for verification purposes.
• The Management reserves the right to withhold/decline any suspicious redemption until verification is completed.
• By participating in the concourse redemption, the mall reserves the right to publish or display the photographs and/or videos which you may be part of for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes.
• The protection of personal data is an important concern to Sunway and personal data collected will be treated in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice of the company at https://www.sunwaymalls.com/privacy-notice/.
• Participants are deemed to have read the Personal Data Protection Notice ("Notice") (as posted on https://www.sunwaymalls.com/privacy-notice/) and agreed to the processing of their personal information in accordance with the Notice.
• By taking part in the redemption, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

WAU! Lucky Draw — Terms & Conditions

• This lucky draw campaign will run from 21 August to 20 September 2026.
• Eligible shoppers who have successfully redeemed the Snack Time Set from Sunway Lagoon Mart in accordance with the redemption Terms & Conditions will automatically receive ONE (1) lucky draw entry for each successful redemption.
• Shoppers are entitled to ONE (1) lucky draw entry per successful redemption, subject to the redemption limit of ONE (1) redemption per shopper per day.
• A total of 49 winners will be selected at the end of the campaign:
  • 16 winners will receive 999 Pure Gold Bundle SK Jewelry Shiok Delights Blind Box.
  • 15 winners will receive Premium Suite 3D2N Sunway Sanctuary Stay.
  • 18 winners will receive RM500 Universal Traveller Cash Voucher.
• Each winner is entitled to win ONE (1) prize only. In the event that a participant is selected more than once, the Management reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible participant.
• Winners will be selected after the campaign has ended through a random draw conducted by the Management.
• Winners will be announced via Sunway Pyramid's official social media channels and notified via email from Sunway Pyramid <sunwaycontest@gmail.com>.
• Winners are required to respond within the stipulated period stated in the winner notification email, failing which the Management reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select another winner without prior notice.
• Prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash or other items.
• The Management reserves the right to substitute any prize with another item of similar value without prior notice.
• The Management reserves the right to request identification and supporting documents for verification before releasing any prize.
• The Management reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have submitted fraudulent information or who breaches these Terms & Conditions.
• By participating in this lucky draw, participants agree that the mall reserves the right to publish or display the winners' names, photographs and/or videos for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes without further compensation.
