Terms and Conditions

This campaign will run from 28 March – 13 April 2025 at LG2 Blue Concourse.
Participants are required to download the ‘Sunway Malls’ application to collect a Passport Journey Card from the event crew.
Each participant can collect only ONE (1) Passport Journey Card PER DAY.
Participants are required to complete in a minimum of 3 (THREE) activity stations to be entitled to redeem a limited-edition enamel pin from the Redemption Counter located at LG2 Blue Concourse.
Each completed Passport Journey Card entitles the participant to one (1) enamel pin.
Each participant may redeem only one (1) enamel pin per day.
Each participant is only allowed to redeem a maximum of THREE (3) enamel pins throughout the entire campaign.
Three (3) different enamel pin designs will be released on a weekly basis according to the following schedule:
- 28 Mar - 1 Apr: Leo
- 2 - 7 Apr: Leona
- 8 – 13 Apr: Lion Head
The availability of each enamel pin design is not guaranteed throughout the scheduled release period and is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
Participants may redeem an enamel pin on the same day they complete the Passport Journey Card or retain the completed card and return at a later date to redeem their preferred design.
No disputes will be entertained if the enamel pins have been fully redeemed.
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children.
Food & beverages and sharp objects are not allowed within the activity area.
The mall will not be liable for any damages, injuries or losses that accompany or result from your use of games and activities at the concourse area.
By participating in Warner Brothers ‘A Minecraft Movie Campaign’, Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to publish or display any photographs and/or videos which you/your children may be a part of for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes.
The enamel pins are strictly non-resalable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
The images shown are for illustration purposes only. The actual product may vary from the images portrayed in the marketing collaterals displayed.
The Management reserves the right to replace the enamel pin with any other item with or without any prior notification.
The Management reserves the right to withhold/decline any suspicious redemption until verification is completed.

Participants may submit their answers through the Sunway Malls App for a chance to win exciting mystery prizes.
Participants must download the Sunway Malls App and register as a member before taking part in the contest.
By participating in this activity and contest, all participants consent to giving Sunway Pyramid the right to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Contest.
Sunway Pyramid may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this contest and extending the contest period. Any such changes will be announced on Sunway Pyramid’s official website or Facebook page.
The winners will be selected randomly from among all the eligible entries after the end of the campaign and will be contacted at any time deemed appropriate by the Sunway Pyramid, via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Sunway Pyramid. The drawing decision is final, and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
If Sunway Pyramid is unable to contact the winner after three (3) attempts within 3 days from the first attempt of contact, Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to cancel the winner entry, the non-contactable winner shall have no claim whatsoever against Sunway Pyramid on the cancellation and the forfeiture.
Sunway Pyramid reserves the absolute right to substitute or replace the prize with other items of similar value at any time, if the stated prize is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, without any prior written notice.
Sunway Pyramid’s decisions on any matter relating to this contest are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by Sunway Pyramid.
The winner must produce their identification card for verification and registration purposes before collecting the prize.
In the event the winner fails to show up during the agreed time of prize collection, he/she waives all claims and rights to the prize, which the prize shall then be used according to the absolute discretion of the management.
The prize is strictly non-transferable, non-resalable and/or non-exchangeable for cash.
Prizes consist of a mixture of products and are allocated on a random basis. No disputes will be entertained.
Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of winners for advertising and publicity purposes or any other use as the management deems fit and without prior notice, unless prohibited by law.
