Terms & Conditions:

1. This campaign will run from 26 August – 16 September 2024.
2. Redeemable at Redemption Booth near LG2 Orange Concourse.
3. Shoppers are entitled to redeem only ONE (1) redemption item per day.
4. Spend RM500 in 2 receipts to redeem ONE (1) redemption item.
5. Redemption items are on first come first serve and while stocks last basis. No disputes will be entertained if the items have been fully redeemed.
6. Redemption items are strictly non-resalable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
7. Shoppers are required to download the “Sunway Malls Mobile App” and register as a member prior to taking part in the redemption activity to receive the redemption item.
8. Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification & validation purposes during redemption.
9. Images shown are for illustration purposes only. The actual product may vary from the images portrayed in the marketing collaterals displayed.
10. Valid only for original receipts from purchases made in Sunway Pyramid on the same date, including the purchases with receipts from the Mid-Autumn vendors in LG2 Orange Concourse & LG2 Central Avenue between 26 August – 16 September 2024.
11. Receipts from Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre, Sunway Lagoon, Jaya Grocer, Parkson, bill payment of any kind, reload/top up, bank transactions and money changers, any form of cash/shopping vouchers and payment by using gift cards are strictly NOT eligible for redemption.
12. Receipts and orders from Grab, Shopee, Food Panda or any other third-party platforms are NOT eligible for redemption.
13. Tenants are strictly not allowed to redeem.
14. The Management reserves the right to replace the redemption gift with any other item with or without any prior notification.
15. The Management reserves the right to demand additional proof of purchase for verification purposes.
16. The Management reserves the right to withhold/decline any suspicious redemption until verification is completed.

• The mall is not liable for any damages, or injuries that accompany or result from your use of games and activities at the event area.

PDPA 

• By participating in the concourse activities, the mall reserves the right to publish or display the photographs and/or videos which you may be part of for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes
