Indahnya Redemptions - Terms & Conditions

• This campaign will run from 27 February to 29 March 2026.  
• Redeemable at Redemption Booth at LG2 Blue Concourse.
• Redemption items are on first come first serve and while stocks last basis. No disputes will be entertained if the items have been fully redeemed.
• Redemption items are strictly non-resalable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
• Redemption items will be allocated randomly based on availability.
• Shoppers are entitled to redeem only ONE (1) time per day, as the redemption tiers are NOT stackable:
• • Spend in 3 same day receipts* to redeem
• • Tier 1: Spend RM250 & above (in max 3 same-day receipts) to redeem ONE (1) set of Sampul Seindah Corak, and ONE (1) Raya Blind Packet; OR
• Tier 2 : Spend RM 1,000 & above (in max 3 same-day receipts) to redeem ONE (1) set of Sampul Seindah Corak, and ONE (1) RM35 Sunway Points, and ONE (1) Jasmine Sunwhite Rice 1kg; OR
• • Tier 3 : Spend RM2,500 & above (in max 3 same-day receipts) to redeem ONE (1) set of Sampul Seindah Corak, and ONE (1) Picnic Blanket, and ONE (1) Jasmine Sunwhite Rice 1kg.
*Limited quantity, while stocks lasts
• Shoppers are required to download the Sunway Super App and register as a member prior to taking part in the redemption activity to receive the redemption items.
• Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification & validation purposes during redemption.
• The images shown are for illustration purposes only. The actual product may vary from the images portrayed in the marketing collaterals displayed.
• Valid only for original receipts from purchases made at Sunway Pyramid outlets on the same date.
• Receipts from Sunway Geo, Sunway Square Mall, Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre, Sunway Lagoon, Jaya Grocer, Parkson, any other Sunway properties or any type of bill payments, reloads or top-ups, as well as transactions from banks and money changers are NOT eligible for redemption. Payments made in cash/shopping vouchers or using gift cards are strictly NOT valid for redemption.
• Receipts and orders from Grab, Shopee, Food Panda or any other third-party platforms are NOT eligible for redemption.
• Tenants are strictly not allowed to redeem.
• The Management reserves the right to replace the redemption gift with any other item with or without any prior notification.
• The Management reserves the right to demand additional proof of purchase for verification purposes.
• The Management reserves the right to withhold/decline any suspicious redemption until verification is completed.
• By participating in the concourse redemption, the mall reserves the right to publish or display the photographs and/or videos which you may be part of for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes.
• The protection of personal data is an important concern to Sunway and personal data collected will be treated in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice of the company at https://www.sunwaymalls.com/privacy-notice/.
• Participants are deemed to have read the Personal Data Protection Notice (“Notice”) (as posted on https://www.sunwaymalls.com/privacy-notice/ and agreed to the processing of their personal information in accordance with the Notice.
• By taking part in the redemption, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Terms and Conditions for Digital platform updates

• This campaign will run from 27 February to 29 March 2026. 
• Shoppers are required to download the Sunway Super App and register as a member in order to participate in this activity.
• Participants are required to complete the stamp card by collecting all four (4) stamps from designated locations in order to redeem ONE (1) SURI Handmade Raya Pouch.  
• Each Sunway Super App account is allowed to participate only once throughout the campaign period.
• Redemption items will be allocated randomly based on availability.
• Redemption items are on first come first serve and while stocks last basis. No disputes will be entertained if the items have been fully redeemed.
• Redemption items are strictly non-resalable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
• Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification & validation purposes during redemption.
• Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to disqualify incomplete and/or illegible entries.

• The Management reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the campaign mechanics or engaging in fraudulent activities.
• By participating in this activity, Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to publish or display any photographs and/or videos which you/your children may be a part of for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes.
• By participating in this activity, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and the decision of the Organiser.

• Campaign runs from 27 February – 29 March 2026.  
• Download the Sunway Super App and register as a member to participate.

• Redemption can be made at Redemption Booth at LG2 Blue Concourse.
• Limited to One (1) participation per Sunway Super App account throughout the campaign period.
