Spend Redemption Terms & Conditions

• Campaign period is from 31 July to 16 August 2026.
• Redemption is available near LG2 Orange Concourse.
• Redemption is limited to ONE (1) item per registered Sunway Super App account per day.
• Shoppers must spend a minimum of RM300 in a maximum of three (3) same-day receipts and post a picture of the Re-Circle Hub at B1 Orange on their social media to redeem ONE (1) OIYO by MONTIGO Lunch Bag.
• The redemption is valid for purchases made at outlets in Sunway Pyramid only.
• The redeemed OIYO Lunch Bag is provided as the lunch bag only and does not include a lunch box.
• Receipts used for redemption are not stackable and cannot be reused to redeem items from any other ongoing campaign.
• Redemption items are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. No disputes will be entertained once the redemption items have been fully redeemed.
• Redemption items, designs and variants will be allocated randomly based on availability. Selection of a specific design or colour is not permitted.
• Limited to ONE (1) submission per registered Sunway Super App account per day.
• Sunway Points are awarded only for purchases made at participating Sunway Super App merchants.
• Redemption is only valid during Sunway Pyramid’s official mall operating hours. Any redemption outside these hours will not be entertained.
• Shoppers must download the Sunway Super App and register as a member before taking part in the redemption activity to receive the redemption item.
• Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification and validation purposes during redemption.
• Only original receipts from purchases made at Sunway Pyramid outlets on the same date are valid.
• This campaign is designed for lifestyle retail purchases. Investment items, including gold bars and bullion, are NOT eligible for redemption and may be verified through supporting documents such as a Gold Certificate.
• Receipts from Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre, Sunway Lagoon, Jaya Grocer, Parkson, POS Malaysia, any type of bill payment, reload or top-up, as well as transactions from banks and money changers are NOT eligible for redemption.
• Payments made using cash or shopping vouchers, or using gift cards, are strictly NOT valid for redemption.
• Receipts and orders from Grab, Shopee, Food Panda or any other third-party platform are NOT eligible for redemption.
• Tenants and outlet staff are strictly not allowed to redeem.
• Images shown are for illustration purposes only. The actual product may vary from the images portrayed in the marketing collaterals displayed.
• The Management reserves the right to replace the redemption gift with any other item, with or without prior notification.
• The Management reserves the right to request additional proof of purchase for verification purposes.
• The Management reserves the right to withhold or decline any suspicious redemption until verification is completed.
• The mall is not liable for any damages or injuries that accompany or result from the use of games and activities at the event area.
• By participating in the activities, participants acknowledge that the mall reserves the right to publish or display photographs and/or videos which they may be part of for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes.
• The protection of personal data is an important concern to Sunway. Personal data collected will be treated in accordance with the company’s Personal Data Protection Notice at https://www.sunwaymalls.com/privacy-notice/.
• Participants are deemed to have read the Personal Data Protection Notice and agreed to the processing of their personal information in accordance with the notice.

1st Weekend Giveaway Terms & Conditions

• The campaign giveaway is valid from 31 July to 2 August 2026.
• Participants must download the Sunway Super App and register as a member to participate.
• An entry will be deemed eligible upon fulfilling all the following requirements:
  • Claim the giveaway e-voucher via the Sunway Super App.
  • Deposit eligible recyclable materials at the Re-Circle Hub located at B1 Orange Zone, Sunway Pyramid.
  • Meet the following minimum quantities:
    • Aluminium: Minimum 50g
    • Paper: Minimum 100g
    • Plastic: Minimum 100g
• Only eligible recyclable materials that meet the minimum weight requirements will qualify for the giveaway reward.
• Recyclable materials must be clean and free from food, beverage or other non-recyclable contents.
• Items containing sharp objects or contaminated with food and beverage waste will not be accepted.
• Giveaway items are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. No disputes will be entertained once the items have been fully redeemed.
• Giveaway items will be allocated randomly based on availability. Selection of specific items is not permitted.
• Limited to a maximum of ONE (1) giveaway item per registered Sunway Super App account throughout the campaign period.
• The mall is not liable for any damages or injuries that accompany or result from the use of games and activities at the event area.
• By participating in the activities, participants acknowledge that the mall reserves the right to publish or display photographs and/or videos which they may be part of for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes.

Sunway Super App Membership
Participation in the Plant with Sunway Malls programme is open to Sunway Super App Members. Users must register as a Sunway Super App Member and subscribe to the Plant with Sunway Malls programme in order to participate and be eligible to earn and redeem rewards under the programme.

Subscription/Unsubscription
By subscribing to the programme, users consent to the automatic conversion of 10% of total Sunway Points collected during each eligible Points collection cycle into Green Coins.

Sunway Super App Members may unsubscribe from the Plant with Sunway Malls programme at any time during the tree growth process. Upon unsubscription, the Green Coin progress for the current tree will be reset to zero, and any Green Coins accumulated shall be deemed forfeited and donated to the Green Coin initiative. No refund, reinstatement, or transfer of such Green Coins shall be permitted.

Green Coins
Upon accumulating a total of 300 Green Coins for a single tree (with a conversion rate of 1 Sunway Point = 1 Green Coin), the tree shall be deemed fully grown. Sunway Super App Members shall then be entitled to receive one (1) Green Coin Voucher.

Green Coin Voucher
Sunway Super App Members shall be entitled to one (1) Green Coin Voucher for each fully grown tree. The Green Coin Voucher must be claimed via the Rewards section on the Plant with Sunway Mall page within Sunway Super App. Once claimed, the voucher will be stored at My Rewards Wallet.

To redeem the physical voucher, users must present the Green Coin Voucher at the Concierge Counter of any participating mall.

Point Terms
Sunway Points may be earned through purchases made at Sunway Super App merchants across participating Sunway Malls. During each eligible Sunway Points collection, 10% of total Sunway Points collected will be automatically converted into Green Coins at the applicable conversion rate.
