Terms & Conditions

1. Redeemable at Redemption Booth at LG2 Orange Concourse.
2. Redemption items are on first come first serve and while stocks last basis. No disputes will be entertained if the items have been fully redeemed.
3. Redemption items are strictly non-resalable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
4. Redemption items will be allocated randomly based on availability.
5. Shoppers are entitled to redeem only ONE (1) time per day, following the below tiers:
   • RM500 & above (RM300 for UOB Cardholders) in 2 receipts to redeem ONE (1) set of The Golden Era of Fortune Angpow; OR
   • RM 1,500 & above (RM1,300 for UOB Cardholders) in 3 receipts to redeem ONE (1) set of The Golden Era of Fortune Angpow and ONE (1) Padini RM50 voucher;
   • The top 88 weekly spenders will receive a CNY Gift Set worth over RM500, including a Kiehl`s beauty set.
6. Shoppers are required to download the Sunway Malls Mobile App and register as a member prior to taking part in the redemption activity to receive the redemption items.
7. Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification & validation purposes during redemption.
8. The top 88 weekly spenders will be determined based on the total amount spent during the campaign period, with the below options:
   • Option 1: Redeem gifts during the Golden Fortune Redemptions campaign;
   • Option 2: Submit receipt on Sunway Malls Mobile App
9. Weekly top spenders are determined based on the date below:
   • Week 1: 3 Jan – 5 Jan 2025
   • Week 2: 6 Jan – 12 Jan 2025
   • Week 3: 13 Jan – 19 Jan 2025
   • Week 4: 20 Jan – 26 Jan 2025
   • Week 5: 27 Jan – 2 Feb 2025
10. If Sunway Pyramid is unable to reach out to the top spender after TWO (2) attempts of phone calls or do not receive an email reply within 3 days after the email notice, Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to cancel the winner entry. The non-contactable winner shall have no claim whatsoever against Sunway Pyramid on the cancellation and the forfeiture.
11. Winners must claim their prizes within 7 days of being notified. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
12. The images shown are for illustration purposes only. The actual product may vary from the images portrayed in the marketing collaterals displayed.
13. Valid only for original receipts from purchases made at Sunway Pyramid outlets on the same date.
14. Receipts from Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre, Sunway Lagoon, Jaya Grocer, Parkson, any type of bill payments, reloads or top-ups, as well as transactions from banks and money changers are NOT eligible for redemption. Payments made in cash/shopping vouchers or using gift cards are strictly NOT valid for redemption.
15. Receipts and orders from Grab, Shopee, Food Panda or any other third-party platforms are NOT eligible for redemption.
16. Tenants are strictly not allowed to redeem.
17. Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of winners for advertising and publicity purposes or any other use as the management deems fit and without prior notice, unless prohibited by law.
18. The Management reserves the right to replace the redemption gift with any other item with or without any prior notification.
19. The Management reserves the right to demand additional proof of purchase for verification purposes.
20. The Management reserves the right to withhold/decline any suspicious redemption until verification is completed.

By participating in this redemption activity, shoppers are consenting and agreeing to disclose the process information to United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd for purposes as provided for in the Bank’s Notice to Customers relating to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (the “Notice”) and the Bank’s Universal Terms and Conditions available made onwww.uob.com.my.
