This campaign will run from 30 October to 16 November 2025.

• Redemption is available at the Sunway Super App Counter, First Floor (F1.55A), near TGV Cinema.
• An entry is deemed eligible by fulfilling the following requirements:
  • Spend a minimum of RM200 in a maximum of two (2) same-day receipts from participating Oasis and Terrace tenants during the campaign period to earn one (1) spin at the Sunway Super App Counter, First Floor.
  • Transaction amount and receipt will be verified by Sunway Super App Customer Experience team and the respective tenant outlets to confirm eligibility.
  • Shoppers must download the Sunway Super App and register as a member to receive the rewards.
  • Shoppers must present the corresponding cake redemption e-voucher to the respective tenant outlet to redeem their reward
• Upon completing each spin, vouchers will be issued to shoppers. The brand of the cake will be allocated randomly and is strictly subject to availability.
• Redemption items are on first come first serve and while stocks last basis. No disputes will be entertained if the items have been fully redeemed.
• Redemption items are strictly non-resalable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
• Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification & validation purposes during redemption.
• Valid only for original receipts from purchases made at Sunway Pyramid Oasis area outlets throughout the campaign period. Guest check receipts are NOT eligible for redemption.
• Duplicate or reprint of receipts are NOT eligible for redemption.
• Receipts from Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre, Sunway Lagoon, Jaya Grocer, Parkson, any type of bill payments, reloads or top-ups, as well as transactions from banks and money changers are NOT eligible for redemption. Payments made in cash/shopping vouchers or using gift cards are strictly NOT valid for redemption.
• Receipts and orders from Grab, Shopee, Food Panda or any other third-party platforms are NOT eligible for redemption.
• Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to disqualify incomplete and/or illegible entries.
