Here's how to pay Sunway Smart Parking with a few clicks and make your shopping experience easier, fun and more convenient than ever before at Sunway Pyramid! Not sure how to pay with it? Follow these steps as Lion is giving you a simple crash course on how to pay Sunway Smart Parking.
1) Head to to http://payment.sunwayparking.com/
2) Click “Pay Parking Fee” and you will be brought to a page where you can proceed with the payment.
3) Key in your vehicle number to begin payment.
4) Please tick "I agree to Terms & Conditions" to proceed for payment. Once ticked, you can select any payment options of your choice; e-wallet, debit or credit card.
a. For debit/credit card user, do key in your 16 digit card number, CVV and OTP number.
b. For E-wallet users, please follow the instructions provided by respective E-wallet payment channels.
For Grab
Log in or create a new Grab account to proceed for payment.
Proceed to payment once you have logged in.
For Boost
Follow the instructions to proceed with the payment
5) Confirm your payment details. Once payment is complete, you are given a 20 minute grace period to exit the parking.
6) We would recommend you to screenshot or save the receipt for your further reference.
7) And you're done! The boom gate will detect your car number automatically and open the boom gate.
