In 2003, KEEN started a revolution with the Newport, the original hybrid sandal that combined the openness of a water sandal with the protection of a rugged shoe. Since then, we’ve continued to lead with industry-changing innovations designed for life outside — whether on trails, jobsites, sidewalks, or water.

We’ve been PFAS-free since 2018, leading the industry in eliminating these “forever chemicals” and inspiring others to follow. As a conscious shoemaker, we’re committed to creating products that are better for people and the planet, and sharing sustainable innovations so we can do more good together. And we’re only getting started.
