Terms & Conditions:
• This campaign will run from 19 September – 19 October 2025.
• Spend a min. of RM500 in a single receipt at Sunway Pyramid to get ONE (1) lucky draw entry.
• Register as a Sunway Malls app member and submit receipts via the Sunway Malls app.
• Weekly Winner announcement:
Week 1: 19 – 21 Sept 25
Week 2: 22 – 28 Sept 25
Week 3: 29 Sept – 5 Oct 25
Week 4: 6 – 12 Oct 25
Week 5: 13 – 19 Oct 25
• This contest is open to all Malaysians and permanent residents of Malaysia aged 18 & above
• The Prizes is a 2D1N Stay at Sunway Sanctuary for eligible guests aged 55 and above.
a. At least 1 guest staying must be age 55 years old and above
b. Complimentary breakfast for 2 pax
c. Full use of facilities: Heated Saltwater Infinity Pool, Gym, Sauna, Karaoke, Games room & etc.

• Receipts from Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre, Sunway Lagoon, Jaya Grocer, Parkson, bill payment of any kind, reload/top up, bank transactions and money changers, any form of cash/shopping vouchers and payment by using gift cards are strictly NOT eligible for redemption.
• Receipts and orders from Grab, Shopee, Food Panda or any other third-party platforms are NOT eligible for redemption.
• Tenants are strictly not allowed to participate in this contest.
• By participating in this activity and contest, all participants consent to giving Sunway Pyramid the right to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Contest.
• Sunway Pyramid may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this contest and extending the contest period. Any such changes will be announced on Sunway Pyramid’s official website or Facebook page.
• The winners will be selected randomly from among all the eligible entries after the end of the campaign and will be contacted at any time deemed appropriate by the Sunway Pyramid, via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Sunway Pyramid. The drawing decision is final, and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
• If Sunway Pyramid is unable to reach out to the winner after three (3) attempts, Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to cancel the winner entry, the non-contactable winner shall have no claim whatsoever against Sunway Pyramid on the cancellation and the forfeiture.
• Sunway Pyramid reserves the absolute right to substitute or replace the prize with other items of similar value at any time, if the stated prize is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, without any prior written notice.
• Sunway Pyramid’s decisions on any matter relating to this contest are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by Sunway Pyramid.
• The winner must produce their identification card for verification and registration purposes before collecting the prize.
• In the event the winner fails to show up during the agreed time of prize collection, he/she waives all claims and rights to the prize, which the prize shall then be used according to the absolute discretion of the management.
• The prize is strictly non-transferable, non-resalable and/or non-exchangeable for cash.
• The winner shall be responsible for any other fees and costs related to the prizes.
• Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of winners for advertising and publicity purposes or any other use as the management deems fit and without prior notice, unless prohibited by law.

• By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and the decision of the Organiser.

• By participating in the activities, the mall reserves the right to publish or display the photographs and/or videos which you may be part of for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes.
