Top Spender Rewards

-This contest is open to all Malaysians and permanent residents of Malaysia aged 18 & above, except the employees and their immediate family members of Sunway IFM Sdn. Bhd., its appointed advertising and public relations consultants, and tenants. 
-This campaign will run from 14 May – 7 June 2026.
-An entry is deemed eligible by fulfilling the following requirements: 
1) RM300 (RM200 for UOB credit cardholders) in 3 same-day original receipts, valid for purchases made at Fashion, Beauty and Beauty Service participating outlets in Sunway Pyramid.
2) Submit the receipt for the Fashion & Beauty Fest campaign between 14 May – 7 June 2026 on Sunway Super App.
-Weekly Top Spender Reward: Top Spender to win ONE (1) top prize in our weekly giveaway:
1) Week 1 (14 - 17 May 2026): ONE (1) unit of Pop Mart Shiny Lamp + ONE (1) Crybaby blind box collection.
2) Week 2 (18 - 24 May 2026): ONE (1) unit of Signature HealthLand 10 hours massage.
3) Week 3 (25 - 31 May 2026): ONE (1) unit of Molly block art + ONE (1) unit of Crybaby blind box collection.
4) Week 4 (1 - 7 June 2026): ONE (1) unit of Face Bar 3 times 孔夫子护理 facial treatment + ONE (1) box of Okomenari Premium Mask + ONE (1) box of Hikari Mask.
-Tenants and their outlet staff are strictly not allowed to participate in the top spender contest.
-The winners will be selected based on the top spender of that specific week among all eligible entries after the end of the campaign. Winners will be contacted at any time deemed appropriate by Sunway Pyramid via email or any other mode of communication deemed suitable. The decision of the selection is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
-The winner must produce their identification card for verification and registration purposes before collecting the prize. 
-If Sunway Pyramid is unable to contact the winner after three (3) attempts within 3 days from the first attempt of contact, Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to cancel the winner entry, the non-contactable winner shall have no claim whatsoever against Sunway Pyramid on the cancellation and the forfeiture. 
-In the event the winner fails to show up during the agreed time of prize collection, he/she waives all claims and rights to the prize, which the prize shall then be used according to the absolute discretion of the management. 
-The images shown are for illustration purposes only. The actual product may vary from the images portrayed in the marketing collaterals displayed.   
-By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges and agrees that the prize may be used by Sunway Pyramid for promotional, marketing, display, photography, and videography purposes in any form of media, whether now known or hereafter developed, without further notice, consent, or compensation. The prize is strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and shall not be replaced, refunded, or redeemed for cash or any other form of consideration, whether in whole or in part.
-The prize is strictly non-transferable, non-resalable, and/or non-exchangeable for cash. 
-Sunway Pyramid reserves the absolute right to substitute or replace the prize with other items of similar value at any time, if the stated prize is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, without any prior written notice. 
-Sunway Pyramid’s decisions on any matter relating to this top spender contest are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by Sunway Pyramid. 
-By participating in this activity and top spender contest, all participants consent to giving Sunway Pyramid the right to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Contest. 
-Sunway Pyramid may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this contest and extending the contest period. Any such changes will be announced on Sunway Pyramid’s official website or Facebook page. 
-Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of winners for advertising and publicity purposes or any other use as the management deems fit and without prior notice, unless prohibited by law. 
-The Management reserves the right to demand additional proof of purchase for verification purposes.      
-The Management reserves the right to withhold/decline any suspicious redemption until verification is completed.

-By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and the decision of the Organiser.
