Terms & Conditions

-The Indian festive wear experience activity will be available during the campaign period at GF Grand Foyer from 16 October to 15 November 2026.
-The Indian Festive Wear Experience will be available during the mall's operating hours as determined by Sunway Pyramid Management.
-Indian festive wear is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability. Selection of attire is based on the available sizes, designs, and quantities at the time of rental.
-Participants are required to follow all instructions and directions provided by the on-ground event crew throughout their participation in the Indian Festive Wear Experience, including instructions relating to the proper use, handling and return of the rented attire.
-Participants are responsible for the rented attire throughout the rental period and must ensure that it is returned in its original condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted.
Any attire that is lost, damaged, stained, torn or otherwise returned in an unacceptable condition may be subject to additional charges or other action as determined by the Sunway Pyramid Management.
-Participants are responsible for ensuring that the rented attire is worn and handled appropriately throughout the rental period.
-The mall shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or discomfort arising from or in connection with the use of the rented attire or participation in activities at the event area.
-Sunway Pyramid Management reserves the right to refuse or terminate a rental where a participant fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions or where the attire is deemed unsuitable for rental.
-Sunway Pyramid Management reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Indian festive wear experience, including its operating dates, hours, availability, designs and quantities, without prior notice where circumstances require.
-By participating in the activity, participants acknowledge and agree that Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to photograph and/or record participants and to publish or display such photographs and/or videos for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes.
-By participating in the Indian festive wear experience, participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
-The protection of personal data is an important concern to Sunway and personal data collected will be treated in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice of the company at https://www.sunwaymalls.com/privacy-notice/ .
-Participants are deemed to have read the Personal Data Protection Notice (“Notice”) (as posted on https://www.sunwaymalls.com/privacy-notice/ and agreed to the processing of their personal information in accordance with the Notice.
