SCHOOL'S OUT! TIME FOR SOME HOLIDAY FUN!

• This contest is open to all Malaysians and permanent residents of Malaysia aged 18 & above, except the employees and their immediate family members of Sunway IFM Sdn. Bhd. and its appointed advertising and public relations consultants, and tenants.
• This contest will run from 25 February – 20 March 2022.
• Participants are required to download the Sunway Pyramid Mobile App, fill in the particulars and participate in any one of the events within Sunway Pyramid March School Holiday campaign.
• The mall is not liable for any damages, injuries or losses that accompany or result from your use of games and activities at the event area.
• By participating in March School Holiday events, Sunway Malls reserve the right to publish or display any photographs and/or videos which you may be a part of for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes.
• Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, illegible and/or repeated entries.
• The lucky draw decision is final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
• Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with other prizes of similar value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are non-transferable, non-resalable and non-exchangeable for cash.
• All winners will be informed via telephone or email. In the event the winner cannot be contacted for any reason after three (3) consecutive days of continuous attempts by Sunway Pyramid, the winner will be automatically disqualified and a new winner will be selected in his/ her place by the management.
• Winners will be notified when the prize is ready for collection from Sunway Pyramid. The prize shall be collected personally by the winners at the risk and cost of the respective winners.
• In the event the winner fails to collect his/her prize within 30 days after notification, he/she waives all claims and rights to the prize, which the prize shall then be used according to the absolute discretion of the management.
• Winners are required to produce their identification card for verification upon collection of prize(s).
• Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of winners for advertising and publicity purposes or any other use as the management deems fit and without prior notice, unless prohibited by law.
• If you do not wish to be featured in any editorial or advertising content in the future, kindly email to spyrpr@sunway.com.my. You request will be processed within 30 days of the receipt of letter or email. With regards with any of your appearance(s) in our videos, the images will be removed only after the promotional campaign ends.
• By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and the decision of the Organiser.
