Handmade by Day One professional noodle makers and tailored by noodles making machines with special specifications, Chew Chew Noodle use free-range eggs and specific high-gluten flour, with no preservatives and processed products. We use the recipes that have been handed down only to our chef through the generation. The secret recipes sauces made from traditional Taiwan braised pork, lard dregs, vinegar, pure soy sauce and the spices made of chopped scallion.
