Spend & Redeem – Terms & Conditions

• This campaign will run from 14 May – 7 June 2026.
• Redeemable at Ground Floor Oasis – in front of Tim Hortons (GF.122A).
• Redemption is limited to ONE (1) item per registered Sunway Super App account per day.
• Shopper to spend RM300 (RM200 for UOB credit cardholders) in 3 same-day receipts to get ONE (1) item as per stated below, valid for purchases made at Fashion, Beauty and Beauty Service outlets ONLY in Sunway Pyramid:
  • Week 1 (14 – 24 May 2026): CLEF Bath Gel & Lotion
  • Week 2 (25 – 31 May 2026): Caudalie Vinopure Starter Kit & Express D-Vine Facial
  • Week 3 (1 – 7 June 2026): Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask Berry 8g + Water Bank Hydration Kit
• Redemption items are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. No disputes will be entertained if the items have been fully redeemed. Redemption items, design and variants will be allocated randomly based on availability. Selection of specific scent flavours/scents is not permitted.
• Limited to ONE (1) submission per registered Sunway Super App account per day.
• Sunway Points are awarded at participating Sunway Super App merchants only.
• Redemption of items shall only be valid during Sunway Pyramid's official mall operating hours, and any redemption outside of such hours shall not be entertained.
• Shoppers must download the Sunway Super App and register as a member before taking part in the redemption activity to receive the redemption items.
• Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification and validation purposes during redemption.
• Valid only for original receipts from purchases made at Sunway Pyramid outlets on the same date.
• This campaign is designed for lifestyle retail purchases. Investment items including gold bars and bullion are NOT eligible for redemption and may be verified through supporting documents such as the Gold Certificate.
• Receipts from Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre, Sunway Lagoon, Jaya Grocer, Parkson, POS Malaysia, any type of bill payments, reloads or top-ups, as well as transactions from banks and money changers are NOT eligible for redemption. Payments made in cash/shopping vouchers or using gift cards are strictly NOT valid for redemption.
• Receipts and orders from Grab, Shopee, Food Panda or any other third-party platforms are NOT eligible for redemption.
• Tenants and outlet staff are strictly not allowed to redeem.

• The Management reserves the right to demand additional proof of purchase for verification purposes.
• The Management reserves the right to withhold/decline any suspicious redemption until verification is completed.
• The mall is not liable for any damages, or injuries that accompany or result from your use of games and activities at the event area.
• By participating in the activities, the mall reserves the right to publish or display photographs and/or videos which you may be part of for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes.

Top Spender Contest – Terms & Conditions

• This contest is open to all Malaysians and permanent residents of Malaysia aged 18 & above, except employees and their immediate family members of Sunway IFM Sdn. Bhd., its appointed advertising and public relations consultants, and tenants.
• This campaign will run from 14 May – 7 June 2026.
• An entry is deemed eligible by fulfilling the following requirements:
  • Spend RM300 (RM200 for UOB credit cardholders) in 3 same-day original receipts, valid for purchases made at Fashion, Beauty and Beauty Service participating outlets in Sunway Pyramid.
  • Submit the receipt for the Fashion & Beauty Fest campaign between 14 May – 7 June 2026 on Sunway Super App.
• Weekly Top Spender Reward — Top Spender to win ONE (1) top prize in our weekly giveaway:
  • Week 1 (14 – 17 May 2026): ONE (1) unit of Pop Mart Shiny Lamp + ONE (1) Crybaby blind box collection.
  • Week 2 (18 – 24 May 2026): ONE (1) unit of Signature HealthLand 10 hours massage.
  • Week 3 (25 – 31 May 2026): ONE (1) unit of Molly block art + ONE (1) unit of Crybaby blind box collection.
  • Week 4 (1 – 7 June 2026): ONE (1) unit of Face Bar 3 times facial treatment + ONE (1) box of Okomenari Premium Mask + ONE (1) box of Hikari Mask.
• Tenants and their outlet staff are strictly not allowed to participate in the top spender contest.
• The winners will be selected based on the top spender of that specific week among all eligible entries after the end of the campaign. Winners will be contacted at any time deemed appropriate by Sunway Pyramid via email or any other mode of communication deemed suitable. The decision of the selection is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
• The winner must produce their identification card for verification and registration purposes before collecting the prize.
• If Sunway Pyramid is unable to contact the winner after three (3) attempts within 3 days from the first attempt of contact, Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to cancel the winner entry. The non-contactable winner shall have no claim whatsoever against Sunway Pyramid on the cancellation and the forfeiture.
• In the event the winner fails to show up during the agreed time of prize collection, he/she waives all claims and rights to the prize, which the prize shall then be used according to the absolute discretion of the management.

• By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges and agrees that the prize may be used by Sunway Pyramid for promotional, marketing, display, photography, and videography purposes in any form of media, without further notice, consent, or compensation. The prize is strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and shall not be replaced, refunded, or redeemed for cash or any other form of consideration, whether in whole or in part.
• The prize is strictly non-transferable, non-resalable, and/or non-exchangeable for cash.
• Sunway Pyramid reserves the absolute right to substitute or replace the prize with other items of similar value at any time, if the stated prize is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, without any prior written notice.
• Sunway Pyramid's decisions on any matter relating to this top spender contest are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by Sunway Pyramid.
• By participating in this activity and top spender contest, all participants consent to giving Sunway Pyramid the right to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the contest.
• Sunway Pyramid may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this contest and extending the contest period. Any such changes will be announced on Sunway Pyramid's official website or Facebook page.
• Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of winners for advertising and publicity purposes or any other use as the management deems fit and without prior notice, unless prohibited by law.
